We went here for my daughters college graduation dinner, because we were coming from California I yelped Italian restaurants. This one popped up with great reviews so I took a chance. I am glad I did!
Beautiful restaurant, incredible server and delicious food. I highly recommend it.
we were seated as soon as we arrived at a desirable table by the window. The food was excellent as was the server. We've been there about 5x previously and this last time surpassed them all.
Food was very good. Service excellent.
food was good, not outstanding. portions small. If not for the groupon it would not have been worth it.
This restaurant is overpriced for the quality of the food. We were particularly unimpressed with the Caprese appetizer (unripe tomatoes more pink than red and mediocre mozarrella cheese). When we told the server this when he asked how our food was, all he said was sorry. The halibut special was good, however.
Delicious food, great specials, large portions. Service was friendly and attentive. Look forward to dining there again.
Great food ..friendly staff..nice decor.. amazing desserts
Great place, great food and very pleasant owner and wait staff. We would recommend to all.
I am already planning to come back again! Food was good, staff was amazing! great, fun happy hour.
Wonderful place to go out to eat. The owner is awesome!
Not our first visit...this time we invited friends along for LI Restaurant Week.
Everything we chose was excellent. The owner/manager Danny is like a friend who wants everything perfect. Cordially and professionally...he inspires a great staff!
Delicious food, friendly wait staff and great menu options!
We've eaten here before and felt it was just fair. After seeing numerous reviews, we decided to try it again.
For appetizers we had Eggplant Parmigiana, which was very oily and goppy; rice balls and caesar salad, which were also just fair. Salmon, as an entree was good, but the veal and chicken were also just fair--the tasteless sauce being the main culprit for the veal, and the chicken dish was drowned in preparation. The tables were very tight--restaurant week and a communion, and we felt crowded and overwhelmed. We spent the better part of dinner figuring how we were going to get out of our spot, once the bill was settled.
Other than forgetting to bring the bread we requested, the service was good--despite the tight seating situation. This is a neighborhood restaurant for us and we really wanted to like it, but we will not be back.
Excellent service, good food however the noise level much to high.
Your $ 10 charge for a glass of was excessive.
Thank you 🍷🍷🍷
It was our first time eating there. We sat right away, had our own private room for 6 people. Food and service was amazing! Our waiter was very helpful and informative and one of the owners came in multiple times to see how our dinner was. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be going back!
The appetizer and main course was terrible. Way too much sauce on the eggplant. It was drowning in sauce. The main coursed pork tenderloins (which the waiter raved about) was over cooked and tough.
Delicious food at moderate prices.
Restaurant week date. Food was good. Servers were friendly and very quick when it came to refilling drinks.
We took advantage of the prix fixe during Restaurant Week. I cannot say enough positive things about our overall experience. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered suggestion at our request. The service was prompt, yet not rushed. The appetizers were generously portioned and came out hot and fresh. I would highly recommend the eggplant appetizer. The main course selections offered something for everyone, and not only were they served hot and flavorful, but presented beautifully. All of the desserts were delicious, my favorite being the panna cotta. I will definitely return to this restaurant in the very near future.
Food and service consistently excellent! In my opinion, one of the best restaurants on L.I.
We like this restaurant a lot and think the food was really good but feel like we were too rushed . I understand it was Easter but we had to order both apps and meal quickly and were done in less than an hour, would have been nicer to enjoy the experience more , it was obvious you wanted to move our table
My first time at this fantastic restaurant, great food, great service and a great vibe. Will be back.
Welcoming and attentive staff. Delicious food beautifully presented Went with a party of 10. Everyone pleased with their meals from appetizer thru dessert.
Service, food and presentation was amazing. Had a special pasta dish as an appetizer shared by 4 people as well as the fried green tomatoes. My Grilled swordfish was the best i ever had. My wife and the other couple was equally pleased.
Excellent food. Services varies. Can get noisy on weekends
We love the food, although it is a bit expensive. The problem is the noise level and the music are much toooo loud! I don’t know if we will return, maybe for lunch.
Great food,excellent service
This was probably the best dining experience I've ever had "Service wise."
Always a great dinner..we also visit same in venice Florida...Only thing is needs a better sound quieting ceiling and walls..it does get loud and hard to talk with 4 to 6 people.
Our party of 6 were seated along the wall with 2 adjoining tables. The table did not fully line up and one was rocky even though the staff tried to correct this. Food and service were very good. Everyone one in our group loved their food. It can get noisy when crowded. I will return.
Went with a group of friends and we loved the place!
Very authentic italian resturant! Syaff pleasant and knowledgable. Food was excellent.
short & sweet, they are consistently excellent. If something is less than perfect, they take steps to correct immediately. Nice staff from management on down.
We had not been there for a long time but were glad we went back!! Waiter was great and the food delicious!
Waiter seemed rough not professional
Owner seemed nice but food was undercooked vegetable were overcooked
Had high expectations after reading good reviews but...spaghetti was way undercooked, ravioli as well
Maybe we were unlucky but wouldn't go back.
As always, our experience was wonderful. Danny the matre d is always available to answer questions and make sure everyone is happy. The food is creative and wonderfully prepared and fresh
Manager bought us a round of drinks because we had to wait 10 minutes after our reservation time. Unexpected nice touch. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Most importantly, food was absolutely delicious just like first time we went. This is what a restaurant should be.
Great food...great service....you feel like you are home with family. Everyone make you feel welcome and the food is plentiful and awesome
