The Chef Daniele Dotti, a native of Venice, has created an eclectic menu that brings to the table the flavors, the traditional recipes and the freshness of ingredients so typical of this region. Our Mediterranean Sea Bass is delicious but if you are in the mood for good pasta try our Linguine Mare Nostrum with a variety of sea food and fresh tomato or our special house made fresh pasta Fettucine Casanova. Now you can enjoy all of this right in the middle of the Grand Canal Shoppes, just a few feet away from Italian gondolas.
The atmosphere and the decor are informal and friendly and children are welcome, but at night it can be ideal for a good glass of wine and a romantic dinner.

Always delicious Italian food! All 4 of us cleaned our plates. Fast service- perfect for before a show.
This restaurant is in one of the hallways.
Mid price restaurant for a casino.
Probably would not go back.
We went on Thanksgiving, so they get a little break for it being a holiday, but everything was just ok.
Overall good meal, but wait staff doesn't check on you and the kitchen brings the food.
Simple but good place for pasta. Dishes are generously sized and were quite tasty. Was a bit expensive if you added protien to the pastas, but overall we enjoyed our meal.
The food and service was excellent. The table we were at was like in a mall setting where people shopping and enjoying the other tourist services were going by chatting and enjoying the other services in the area. Next time, we will likely request a table further in the restaurant further from the walkway as the food is definitely worth coming back again.
Food was very good.
Overall decent place. Small and noisy, but good service and good food.
Good food and cute little hole in the wall in the Canal Shoppes.
Casual and moderately priced casino restaurant within the Venetian. Has a "patio" outside of the restaurant. Pretty typically found Italian food that was worth the value. Would go back.
Stayed at the Venetian and this place looked good to try out. Was extremely pleased with the food and service. We ate here two nights in a row. The waiters (didn’t catch their names) we had were very attentive and accommodating. Would go back to this restaurant if we stayed in the area. Even though all the food was good that we tried, especially enjoyed the grilled octopus salad.
First time at this restaurant.....Very good food and service....
Matre’d was amazing. We did family style for 14 @$75/pp. Apps, salads, pasta, main, dessert. So many selections. Gnocci and ribeye were winners, as was the charcuterie. 7 bottles of wine. We walked out under $2500 with tip. Great value for Las Vegas.
Great meal in a lively environment. Had the meatballs, octopus and filet and all were cooked perfectly.
Great for the money
Very good dinner, fantastic service
Great chicken Marsala. Very good sauce. Also good deserts. Waitstaff was attentive and friendly.
The hostess was so good. The waiter was great. The food amazing.
Good overall food, service and value. A little on the noisy side given the location.
We loved the food, the ambiance, and the service. We have already recommended it to friends.
The food was sensational! We had a party of 10, and not one person was disappointed in their meal. Staff was super friendly, and the chef even came out of the kitchen so we could compliment him in person. Highly recommend.
Nice reasonably priced Italian restaurant in the Venetian shops. The food was very good and our server was very attentive- we were a party of 8.
Good food at reasonable prices. Great service too.
Nice restraurant for a family with children. Basic Italian food. Our waiter was very good!
Family outing before show.
Great pricing, Great quality for what your are receiving.
The manager was extremely rude...we walked out without even ordering...
Mediocre food. Nothing spectacular. Not a good value.
I was quite disappointed in the bread. When you go to an Italian restaurant you should expect quality Italian bread and this restaurant did not have it. It was lousy, therefore it set a poor start to the meal. My entree was good but not temperature hot enough. No, I did not complain. Our server was outstanding!!
Wonderful place to eat
Very good place...service was excellent for our large group of 13. Food was amazing, over all great!!
The food was amazing and our waiter Ivan was exceptional.
The hostess looked so bored like she did not want to be there. Thank God for the gentlemen, who was probably one of the people in charge, for greeting us and walking us to our table. The servers were kind but their service was slow and it would take some time to bring you something that you asked for. The food though, was excellent. Overall a great spot but not what expected.
This place was amazing. The service was fantastic and the food was excellent. Our waiter was so kind and informative. I cannot explain how delicious the food was and it was reasonably priced for Vegas. I highly recommend this place!
We dined at Casanova's while we were on vacation in Las Vegas. I had the Swordfish and it appeared to be previously frozen and was therefore tough. I am from New England and we are used to fresh seafood. My husband had a Lobster dish which he said was very good. We had a dining card and were not allowed to have pasta dishes using the card. If I returned I would not have a fish entree for fear it would be previously frozen.
Way too noisy. Near a bar. Our table was out in the hallway. Food Ok, but overpriced
Service was very slow. Ordered drinks did not show up. Many waiters were not fluent in English.
Forgettable Italian food and uninspired wine selection. Service was very efficient. For a couple dollars more, the food at Buddy V’s is far superior.
The staff are very friendly and very attentive the food is great lots selection .Very family oriented atmosphere would definitely come back for family dining
Food was horribly bland , luke warm and just no taste and mushy consistency. We ordered the ravioli and lasagne and were very disappointed. We informed the manager and he didn’t charge us for the meals that we didn’t eat! We left the restaurant hungry .
