The place was amazing and so was the service. The food was excellent but the size of the portions were too small for a regular person. Overall the experience was nice
The wait was too long. The bar was too full to wait in. Seating outside was too hot- no fans.
Food was not as great as other times.
I've been to Casa Tua on a number of occasions. The food is excellent, the ambiance is great and usually the service is superb. However, last time we were there to celebrate friend's upcoming nuptials - there was an hour wait despite us having a reservation. While I understand that things happen there is a way to handle it - an apology with a smile goes a loooong way. Not only we did not get any of that, just a bad attitude from the hostess. Hope, this was an aberration, but I'm going to think twice before celebrating any milestones there ...
Always an amazing experience dining at Casa Tua...
A little piece of Italy in the middle of bustling Miami Beach!
excelente cocina en precioso lugar... lamentablemente un servicio terrible!!!
A little paradise in the center of south beach a kind a secret place 🤗
Great atmosphere. Perfect for both a romantic dinner or chic get together.
Extremely nice ambience - lots of lights at the terrasse
We were recommended to dine here as an excellent Itallian restaurant. Building and patio are nice. We chose the patio and regretted it as we were attacked by mosquitoes. Seems a known issue as restaurant had repellent available when we asked to move too late. Food was nothing special and the end bill was not worth it. Better food at better price is available close by
Beautiful place, simply amazing food. A very special night. The most simple dish was stunning, couldn’t fault anything (apart from maybe ironing the table cloths better! That’s how great everything was if that’s the only fault!). The service was impeccable. Yes it was a bit pricey but worth every cent. Totally recommend for a special evening.
Food was bland. Restaurant was beautiful. Would not go back.
Upscale Italian restaurant in an antique house/villa - Great outdoor sitting, and cool interior decor.
As always incredible on all counts- food, service wine selection and ambiance. Truly an epicurean experience.
Max was awesome and attentive.
We celebrated my husband's bday there. I booked the place as a surprise dinner for him. So we went there with our daughter. Unfortunately, we were surprised and shocked in a different way as we ended up paying $434 for a party of 3.
Pros: nice romantic place especially if you are celebrating special occasions such as anniversary.
Cons: very expensive meal. For party of 3, we paid $434. The waitress suggested their specials that were not listed on their menu which included the: (1) linguini pasta with crabs; and (2) grilled seafood so we ordered it. The grilled seafood has 2 small to medium sized lobsters and few shrimp pieces together with some vegetables while the pasta is served in small size with sparingly crab meat pieces. The taste was just ok, not really spectacular. We ordered desserts and mojito drinks too for the three of us. When our bill came, we were shocked to see that the seafood costs $180. I believe that the grilled seafood was intentionally not included in the menu so you would not see the price and then the waitress would highly suggest it without even informing the customer about the price. They also automatically charged an 18% service fee ($61 for us). So if you plan on eating there, make sure you ask the price if it's not written in the menu.
Everything about this meal was fantastic! The service was impeccable and the food was amazing!
I hsve dined at this restaurant pretty frequently and decided to bring a friend from Brazil for what I thought would be an exceptional experience. The service was not up to par when we arrived. The lady who was the hostess was a bit rude and less than professional. Our server who’s name (Kasia or Katia....I’m not sure) I cannot quite remember, single-handedly saved our dining experience. If it wasn’t for her, we probably would have left. The server did an excellent on in recovering our experience and ensuring it ended better than it started.
We had a great time with our wife, the food and the ambience was outstanding!
I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and we both impressed with the quality and taste of food! Having just come back from a trip from Italy last month, it was so wonderful to tastes similar tastes of authentic Italian flavor. Highly recommend
I’ve been to Casa Tua many times. Sometimes it’s great. Sometimes it’s average. Once or twice it was downright poor. This time it was ok
Didn’t refill my wine glass. Had to be asked multiple times. Scallops were cold. Waste of money and time.
Amazing as usual. Romantic date night spot
Always enjoy dining at Casa Tua when I am in town.
Always perfect!Never disappointed!
Good food. Nice place
Excellent meal, fantastic service and a really charming and beautiful setting. My favorite place in Miami.
Loved this restaurant. Dinner was delicious and the service was impeccable. Loved the decor as well. I’ll be back for another special occasion sometime soon.
Looking forward to returning
Incredible. The food was amazing. Attention at least as good. And it was my wife’s birthday. Her first birthday after our wedding! And Casa Tua made it so special. The table was arranged so beautifully. It’s days later and we’re still so happy thanks to the dinner. Happy birthday to my sweet!
The service was absolutely horrible. Me and my wife might as well have been invisible. Our waiter, Ernesto, was not helpful in explaining any of the dishes or making recommendations. The veal was bland with heavy breading and not worth the price. It was such a let down.
We came to Casa Tua for our last meal of our mini-moon and it could not have been more perfect.
Elegant atmosphere and delicious food - I always return on my visits to Miami.
Casa Tua does not disappoint, always a evening!
Once you walk through the "garden gate" your Italy adventure begins....
The menu is way over priced and I wouldn’t mind and expect to pay for exceptional food except the food is sub par. I have dined in many many great restaurants in Miami and this was the worst food I’ve had. The dishes they push such as the tuna tartare at $29 had 4 tablespoons of chopped tuna on an avocado purée .this dish is prepared better at every restaurant in Miami including hillstone at bal harbor and machialina at practically half the price. The pasta with mushrooms for $40 is a joke. A glob of fettuccini and some mushrooms , gluey and unappetizing. the burrata at Michaels genuine with its fresh large slices of heirloom tomatoes with house made cheese is worlds better than this store bought burrata they are pushing for $24. Even the butter is not real butter but a mix of butter and margarine . Truly awful experience and to top it off the waiter didn’t bother to tell us that there was an 18% gratuity tacked on, unlike machialina where they alway tell you up front.
The burrata was so so and overpriced for the taste. My duck tasted like leather and my waiter pretty much ignored my table until the end. Since the grauity was automatically added to the bill i understand why the service is so poor. For a relatively expensive restaurant in sobe it was just a bad experience i rather pay more at Bazaar and have an amazing meal.
This is by far my favorite restaurant in south beach. If you have only 1 meal in Miami, have it at Casa Tua.
Very nice place with friendly people.
Plates are just awesome...
