Was fine but not outstanding
Been going since 2003 and never disappoints! My favorite restaurant in the US and top 5 in the world.Solid all round experience.
30 minutos esperando mi mesa con reserva! La comida no fue lo buena que anteriores veces!!
Amazing restaurant. Fine food and ambiance, with as outside garden.
A lovely discreet restaurant with a magic garden of outdoor seating. Our waiter Gonzalo, was terrific and we hoovered every bit off our plates. High quality, delicious choices with a yummy wine list.
Love the food and restaurant. The service was not the greatest.
It was a special night. We started at the bar with Christian and Eddie, then Maximillian and Enzo took great care of us with their food and wine selections at the table. We had so much fun we were ready to join the club and move to the second floor! Send us the paperwork!
Lovely all around experience. Fine dining at its best!
Perfect restaurant for a romantic dinner, excellent food, impeccable staff. It never disappoint.
Simply Miami’s best kept secret.
Always a great time with the super informed staff!
Hostess not welcoming . Short on waiters . Ambience beautiful . Portions small . Food good .
We had a great time. Food and service top notch absolutely recommending
A really romantic venue!
Casa Tua has been our favorite restaurant for years and we just had the WORST EXPERIENCE ever that has converted us to not recommend the restaurant as we have to so many. We had an 8:30 reservation - arrived at 8:15 so we could enjoy a drink at the bar. We asked for an outside table as it is the best atmosphere - we were told we could be seated inside immediately but once again asked for outside seating. We were in the bar then until 9:45 pm before we were finally seated outside despite watching numerous parties who came after us be seated outside. The bartender Eddy was fantastic and provided great service and attention. We were then seated outside by a side door with guests, staff constantly parading between our table and the adjacent table - we were bumped into, had butts and crotches put in our face - it very rude and not what other guests were expected to tolerate. The waiter and the assistant were very quick and short on taking orders, offering water - bread - olive oil to only walk off and not provide it - then watch them pour additional attention to other larger parties at tables nearby. The food was excellent but everything else was horrible. We told the manager on duty our concerns and he started to give excuses why things were as they were (as did the waiter later) - he gave a small discount on the check but did not make it right. We have dined here over a dozen times and we felt like we were not valued as patrons, that whatever our concerns were did not matter and that it was almost like we should feel lucky to have even been there. I hope the general manager takes note of this as we will be letting others know that they are letting their standards go and as a customer you really don't matter.
We had trouble with our reservation that was quickly solved at the entrance. When we order our dinner the waiter brought us a diferent plate..
I've been several times, but I was taken aback by a "resort fee" this time and a 2nd tax listed on the bill. When I inquired I was told it was because I was a "tourist" which is illogical since I was not staying in any attached hotel. They did not remove the small fee and the prices are exorbitant to begin with.
Terrible service. Waiter was inattentive. It was almost impossible to order a second drink. The establishment includes an 18% service charge so my guess is that the server has little incentive to perform. Would not go back.
stunning property but the food is very average at best and the exhorbitant prices are not warranted for it and the settings alone.
Our fist time dining at Casa Tua. I believe its the most romantic restaurant in the Miami Beach area. The ambiance, food selection and dessert options are incredible. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend.
We asked for a table outside , and a lot of tables were available but the hostess told us that the tables outside were only for the members . It was very frustrating.
Fab food. Fab experience. Good wines.
I loved the diner experience having the feeling to be at "home", I liked a lot the decoration, in addition I liked the mix of people having diner with us.
However, food was good but not has good as you are expecting in this level of restaurant.
I had the feeling of a lack of subtility in the execution of the plates.
Wine menu was very good though.
With all of the pomp & circumstance we thought the service would have been top notch. We are not fans of having to fill our own wine glasses in a restaurant and having to repeatedly ask the waiter for the table next to us to stop squeezing between the table with his butt hanging over our table.
Even when our waitress asked him to not do it he continues. Better food & service on the beach!
Casa Tua is the absolute best in Miami -
Perfecto. Arguably the most beautiful ambience you can imagine in the outdoor garden, and the food is on par. It is worth every penny, it’s unique, and exquisite.
Amazing ambiance but food rather pedestrian Italian cuisine. The burrata was very chewy, the green salad was ok... the branzino was well cooked, however the accompanying artichoke were deep fried and tasted like nothing but oil. My wife had the braised short ribs tortellini, which lacked the short ribs. All in all, the restaurant is way overrated.
Over priced for what you get in the plate
Absolutely impeccable. The ambiance was comforting and inviting and the service could not be any better. The entire staff was outstanding and the food was to die for. I cannot wait to go back when I’m in Miami again. HIGHLY recommend!
Beautiful restaurant, delicious food and wine and perfect ambience.
Great service. Great food
Nice ambience, service and food quality. Pricey but worth it, you get what you pay for! One thing they should have a kids menu to offer, not all kids like octopus and burrata.
Great food and excellent service! Thank you!
This is the most outstanding restaurant in Miami Beach. The service is impeccable, they make you feel like you are a long time client. Very well appointed, feels like you are at home. This is a must when in Miami.
Laughably bad service. Had to ask for cocktail service, water refill, table candle lit and even the sommelier could not get the wait staff to bring second serving of bread sticks. It became a joke: don’t serve them bread! Or water.
Food was very good with the notable exception of lamb chops. Two of us ordered, one received two double chops, the other one and a half. But that didn’t matter since the small serving was cold, tough and well done, not medium rare. Inedible. Perhaps because it had to wait in the cold because as the waiter said about the long delay between courses “the kitchen is overwhelmed “.
Until this dinner we had been pleasantly surprised at the terrific service in Miami Beach — The Bazaar, Prime 112 (twice) and OLA. With the exception of the sommelier who recommended a very nice Barolo the rest of the service was incompetent.
Management did comp the uneaten lamb.
Very bad service from hostess . The restaurant was empty and she gave us the worst table next to servers station . I politely asked few times to give us a better table as there were so many openings . I wanted just to have a nice dinner but had to have this unpleasant experience dealing with lie . After I asked to talk to manager hostess found a table right away outside with nice location and everything . Service was amazing food as well so I had to enjoy it Becouse I fought for it 🤷🏼♀️
Amazing atmosphere, outstanding service and the best food!! Thank you for a great night.
This place is great. However make sure you’re not more than a minute late for the 15 minute grace period as they won’t hold your table even if you are down the street. The ambiance is great. Very quiet.
Was disappointed with our service as our waiter was a bit rude. Mentioned one of my allergies and he rolled his eyes and looked annoyed with me to ask for no balsamic on the burrata. Dessert as well was a bit disappointing as my friend and I ordered the donuts which were filled with Nutella when they’re suppose to be filled with cream. We have a nut allergy and ended up with a dessert we couldn’t eat. The menu isn’t clear about what’s in the foods and sometimes they change things around without mentioning it.
That being said, the rest of the food was absolutely delicious. Would recommend this spot if you’re looking for a place to go to for a special occasion.
