We absolutely LOVED Casa Tua. This is our favorite date night spot in Miami and it never disappoints.
Lovely ambiance, great food and amazing service! What else can you ask for?
Our experience at Casa Tua was exceptional from the moment we walked in the doors. Upon arrival we were greeted with a huge smile by Francis. Our server was Andrea, he was very attentive and took a great care of us.
We will definitely be back.
Beautiful restaurant and food. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the oysters, the pata negra, the pasta.
Would definitely recommend for a romantic night.
Platos muy pequeños para el precio
The food wasn’t good at all. The other Casa Tua (cucina) on Brickell city centre has a completely different menu which is outstanding. We were hoping to have the same culinary experience as the one we had there, but we were very disappointed. The truffle pasta I ordered didn’t taste like truffle it tasted like beef broth. It also was overpriced and they have a very small menu. The ambiance in this restaurant is very good but the food wasn’t what we were expecting.
Best Cacio e pepe in Miami , traditional and amazing !! Superb wine menu and Manual recommended a Super Tuscan from small producer Carta Bianca that was fantastic. Service excellent !!
Ambiance and restaurant is beautiful but the service is atrocious and food beyond mediocre, honestly don’t waste your time and only come here for drinks and maybe an appetizer. Anything seafood tastes overly fishy and their supposedly amazing signature truffle dish has no flavor. The manager and wait staff are incredibly rude and dismissive. They have no interest in you unless your part of Miami’s celebrity crowd.
We had the most wonderful dinner for our anniversary.. Everything we ordered from drinks to dessert was delicious. We sat outside in the most romantic spot in the restaurant. Casa Tua is gorgeous and the service is top notch. I can’t wait to return.
Love the outside sitting 👌🏻 food and ambiance 👌🏻👌🏻
This was one of the most incredible meals my family and I had in Miami! It was our first time dining here and upon entering, felt like we were transported to Italy in the outdoor garden. The waiters were extremely attentive and answered each of the questions we had regarding the dishes. Covid-wise, we felt extremely safe! I noticed a bathroom attendant cleaning the stalls after each use. The tables were nicely distanced. We will definitely be returning when we are back!! Thank you for a lovely experience
Always great food and ambiance. Service fantastic A must go when in Miami. Italian food done the right way
I’m excited to visit this restaurant, but unfortunately I was frustrated. The team were arrogant and inconvenient. My husband order a fillet, and the meat was tough and the cook level was wrong. Does not deliver what is proposed.
Best food... atmosphere in miami
The ambiance is spot on. Arugula salad left a bit to be desired. However, the redemption came with the red snapper...best we’ve ever had! A romantic spot but a bit overrated. Book in advance!
Perfect, as always.
Was so excited to try this spot. Amazing ambience but the waiter treated us so poorly after we didn’t order a $160 steak. Very snobby atmosphere even though we dropped $350 on dinner for two.
Anniversary
Christmas Dinner
Beautiful evening in every respect
Food and ambiance was perfect! Loved everything about the restaurant except the $20 Valet.
Amazing food and service! Overall great great great place to eat while in Miami. One, if not the number one pick so far on my dining list 👍🏼
First time going to Casa Tua after some friends recommendations and it was a little disappointing. Overall the value for money failed. Specifically: tables outside are not 6ft apart. There were many waitresses walking around but we had to keep waving at them to get serviced. The burrata was just ok. The duck dish was good but scarce. The tagliolini with cream and caviar was not good at all. The cream spaghetti I cook for my kids is better. The value of the wine is poor. $25 for a glass of a regular Californian red blend is not fair. The chocolate melt desert was the only great thing of the night. Most likely will not come back soon.
Everything was superb but the shrimp risotto was the best!!!
We asked to be seated outside and away from people and Casa Tua made it happen. It was the perfect anniversary dinner, we will definitely be back.
Great experience and ambient. The only feedback is the lack of bathroom space. Only one bathroom!
I made a Anniversary reservation specifically clicking the outside dining option via the Open Table App. Because of COVID, I am only booking reservations that have this option. In the Open Table notes portion of the reservation booking I specified again that outdoor dining was the only option. I reiterated the same message to receptionist who called to confirm my reservation that it was imperative that we sit outside and that we would not dine in if we got seated inside. We arrived to Casa Tua on time for our anniversary reservation and checked in. To my surprise, they directed us to indoor seating. I explained the situation and let them know the steps I took to make sure we had outdoor seating. I was then advised that either I would sit inside or wait an HOUR to get seated outside. I couldn’t believe that I was being pressured into sitting inside when I didn’t feel comfortable. Needless to say, we canceled the reservation on the spot and in return I was told that I was “making a mistake for cancelling and that I was missing out”. We ended up going back to our hotel and ordering in our anniversary dinner. I lived here for a couple of years and had recommended Casa Tua to friends in the past, but I will remove this from my list moving forward. They need to figure out a better system so that they don’t overbook outdoor seating reservations. The solution is NOT to overbook outdoor seating and pressure guests to sit indoors in order avoid waiting an HOUR past the reservation time. Truly disappointed.
Perfection. Amazing food and service. Ambiance is next level. Beautiful restaurant
Wonderful in every respect.
Great ambiance and food. Wonderful dinner to celebrate a birthday!
We went while on our honeymoon and had the best dining experience of our lives! The garden is absolutely breathtaking and the service was impeccable. When they learned we were newlyweds, they sprinkled rose petals all over our table. The only thing better than the service was the food! I must go if you are in Miami. Thank you so much Casa Tua!
Worst steak ever and for a 150$!!!
The outdoor seating is magical — beautifully lit with candles and tree lighting. The food is superb — the pastas are a highlight.
Beautiful restaurant and very romantic! The food, the atmosphere, and the service was great.
Service, food and ambience were amazing! This is definitely at the top of my list for Miami restaurants and can’t wait to go back.
Amazing! Service was above and beyond and the food was incredible. We sat at a beautiful table on the patio and had such a lovely evening.
One of my favourite restaurants in MIA.
We had Thanksgiving at Casa Tua with our 3 kids in tow. We were the only table in the room with the bar. Great ambiance and service. Food was good. We had pastas and steak. Cocktails were outstanding. Housemade pistachio gelato was divine!
Great for ambiance and not much else for the price and service
Beautiful and elegant venue. The garden patio where we were seated is cozy and inviting, with lush vegetation and soft lights in the trees. We were looking forward to a fine dining experience, but it went downhill quickly.
The table was on uneven stones and right after the server poured water, my 120-pound wife leaned slightly on the table and it tipped and dumped water all over her lap and in her purse. We should have left then but had very much been looking forward to eating there because of the reputation, so we stayed.
After a very feeble apology (close to being annoyed) the server cleared the table and put on a dry tablecloth. He also put something under the table to level and stabilize it. He put the glasses back that had tipped, and they were wet on the outside. He poured the rest of the water and charged us for the bottle of water, most of which was spilled. More water was not offered.
We felt rushed by the server. We told him at the beginning that we wanted to have cocktails and look over the menu since it was our first time there. When he brought the cocktails, he asked if we were ready to order, then came back a very few minutes later, and asked again.
The meal was disappointing. The Miky's salad was unremarkable, arugula and little else, with just a touch of dressing.
My wife's snapper was tasty but nothing special. I had the Veal Milanese "Orecchia d' Elefante". I know that means elephant's ear in Italian but was still surprised at the size, as it hung off the plate. Despite its impressive size, it reminded me of an ordinary schnitzel, available in any roadside gasthaus in Germany. Good tasting, filling, but nothing special.
Overall, I would generously rate the entire experience as a C+. We missed out on the exceptional dining experience we had been looking forward to and were quite disappointed. It was a waste of time and money.
There are lots of excellent restaurants in Miami, but we won't go back to this one when we are next in town.
Loved this restaurant service was excellent, food was delicious and overall the restaurant is very romantic and beautiful. I definitely recommend it
Every detail was taken care of here. The food, presentation, service and decor are outstanding. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but nothing you wouldn’t expect for this type of restaurant. I’ll be back!
