   We had reservations at 9:15pm. When we were seated, we felt very rushed. We ordered drinks and then an appetizer. We were told we had to order everything at one time due to the kitchen was closing in 20mins. Our original resv was for 9:30. I asked for an earlier time. Why would you take reservations this late to make you feel rushed? We ordered the truffle fondue, which was amazing, but pricey ($85). I ordered steak, which was just okay and my daughter ordered the lobster linguini which she really enjoyed. We ordered a side of brocollini, but they gave us just broccoli which was dry. When I asked, I was told they ran out and just substituted it, but will take it off my bill and took the broccoli away. We were not offered to exchange it for another side, probably because the kitchen was already closed. Had they told us prior, I would have replaced it with asparagus. The worst thing was while we were eating they literally started cleaning around us. There were three tables with customers and they were preparing for the next day. It was not a very good experience for the price. I'm not sure I would return.

   It was abundantly obvious that the host staff were not prioritizing my group after I checked in for the reservation. The people seated ahead of my group were being prioritized due to who they were, rather than who arrived first, group size, or convenience for restaurant staff. I had a reservation for 5 people at 7:45 on a Sunday evening. My party and I arrived about 10 minutes early, and I checked in with the host who said that they were getting our table ready and would be ready by our 7:45 reservation. As we were waiting, all of the other 5 or 6 parties with 7:45 reservations began checking in, some with two people and others with similar group sizes (4-6) as mine, and every party was seated before mine. After I recognized what was happening I asked the host if they forgot about my party to which the response I got was “the party at your table is almost leaving”, a blatant lie as nobody exited the restaurant between then and when we were seated. We were finally seated at about 8:15, 30 minutes after our scheduled reservation and almost 45 minutes after we got to the restaurant. The cost of the restaurant lays the foundation for an exceptional end to end dining experience. The customer service I received by the host severely hindered my experience and I will not be returning, or recommending Casa Tua for friends or family who are visiting Aspen.

   We had our one year old grandson with us and the service good not have been better. Food was delish, especially the baked eggplant for the vegetarians, and we’re very picky about eggplant!

    The filling of the raviolli was cold. The brazino fish was without seasoning. Recommended wine choices were not good. The background music is loud. For a restaurant of this stature, small details should improve.

    Cozy restaurant with great menu. Food was delicious and service attentive. Will definitely return. We had the eggplant mozzarella appetizer which was divine, frisée salad, tagliatelle bolognese, veal Milanese and finished off with tiramisu.

    Came here for lunch. Food was great. Location and ambiance was great. I loved the atmosphere. I think there were very much well staffed that we were approached to have our plates taken while we were not done eating yet. I loved the attentiveness but our plates were taken as soon as I had my last bite.

    Two of us got salads that were good, not great for $30. Two got pasta which looked delicious and beautiful. Location is wonderful, in the heart of Aspen. Service was outstanding and was very attentive to our needs. Felt it was expensive for salad and pasta!

    Il locale è gradevole e la posizione molto buona. Il personale cortese. I piatti che abbiamo ordinato ben preparati e con ingredienti base di qualità. L'unica osservazione negativa è l'eccessiva insistenza nella richiesta dell'ordine del vino. Appena ci siamo messi seduti e abbiamo cominciato a studiare la carta dei vini, molto ben fornita e interessante, quello che sembrava essere il direttore di sala è venuto al tavolo per sollecitare la nostra scelta 3 volte nell'arco di una decina di minuti. Forse la fretta era dovuta al fatto che era il primo dell'anno e immagino potessero avere altre prenotazioni nella fascia oraria successiva. Del resto nei tavoli intorno a noi abbiamo notato che venivano ordinati prevalentemente cocktail e per tale scelta ci vuole ovviamente meno tempo.

    Casa Tua Aspen is a staple for our family vacations. We LOVE the food and being surrounded by other guests who are celebrating life. The staff is very professional and always attentive to our needs without being over bearing. Highly recommend lunch or dinner here.

    Was placed in a table in the very back by the surplus area, a lot of traffic from servers going by constantly. Did not like the fact we were told we had to order our appetizer and entree at the same time. Accordingly, we felt very rushed. Servers were too attentive and that was an annoyance, adding to the feeling of being rushed. Finished plates, were not taken away promptly, and our table was very crowded with dishes. We had to ask to have dishes removed. Food was excellent. But service killed the dining experience. Probably will not return.

    We love Casa Tua Miami and we were so excited to try the Aspen location. Unfortunately we were disappointed by the food and the service. It was a slow night and early in the season, but we still felt Casa Tua should be consistent. The cacio e Pepe tasted like Alfredo sauce from a jar, and the focaccia bread to start was very doughy. The other things we ordered were just ok. I’m hoping it was just an off night but we were a bit disappointed.
