Waitress was very quite and unfriendlily. The restaurant was almost too quite, the table was covered in a piece of paper, I understand the concern of the pandemic and germs but for such a "nice" restaurant I would hope they could simply disinfect the tables after we left. I ordered the Seafood alfredo and I was extremely disappointed, I am by no means a lover of pasta but I know good food when I have it. The scallops were overcooked and unseasoned. The pasta was too thick and swimming in alfredo sauce. All of it was bland and gross. My partner ordered the linguini with clam sauce, it was so bad she only took three bites. The clams tasted old and again the pasta was swimming in sauce. The appetizers we ordered were better than the entrees but not great. The calamari was something you could find at any Italian place. The mozzarella sticks were worse than the TGI Fridays microwave mozzarella sticks. I will not be returning here and I don't recommend it.

Amazing staff and amazing food!! The entire experience was great. Highly recommend eating here while in the Boone area. Can’t wait to go back so we can try more delicious food.

I make it a point to stop by Casa Rustica anytime I find myself in Boone. Consistent quality, and great staff. Kristi always makes sure we have the perfect table, and Chef Hunter went above and beyond on my special dinner request.

Good experience, friendly staff. Not a fine dining restaurant but a good all around Italian restaurant. We had calamari as an appetizer - well done. The basil dressing they make for the salad is very good! Try it... The pasta dishes are pretty big, so bring your appetite.
All and all - good experience.

We had very low expectations going into Casa Rustica, since it is in a fairly humble-looking building right on 105. However, we were absolutely blown away by the quality of the food. Honestly, it was some of the best Italian food we have ever eaten--and we have been to Italy several times. I had spinach lasagna, and my husband had chicken cacciatore. Both were excellent. The atmosphere is more "family style" than "date night," so if you're looking for an intimate Italian restaurant with ambient lighting and candles, you will be disappointed. However, the food more than makes up for the down-home vibe. Highly recommend.

It was okay. It's not authentic Italian food. The lasagna I had was crisp and appeared burned on top. The server I had was nice. I more than likely won't go back.

This restaurant is a great place to eat delicious food! I had chicken parmigiana, and it was really good.
Usually we don’t care for music at a restaurant, but the guitar player was Superb. He played his music in a low tone, and he was great!

Although the paper that was covering the table was not a nice experience, the food was STELLAR. The pace of service was perfect, the server cordial, and the variety of offerings was wide. Not a "dress-up" place for dinner ... too bad, as all the other elements would support that, totally!

Wonderful valentines dinner. The seafood pasta was amazing.

The food want very good. The server kept forgetting things we ask for. Example brings bread and no butter. When ask she never brought it. Just not a good experience. I would recommend. The food was very good either. Very Bland food.

We dined at Casa Rustica for Valentine's Day and it was wonderful! The service was great, the food was outstanding, and it was a very cozy ambiance. Great date night spot. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Had a great time at restaurant, appetizer was delicious. Main course could use a little more seasoning but nothing too bad. I had great service from our server. I thought the ambiance would be a little nicer but the paper napkin and table cloth showed me different.

My first steak was a charcoal briquette. The second one was excellent and the asparagus was done perfectly. the sauce on my stake was too salty for me, so I scrapped most of it off. I still had the very good flavor of the sauce but it was no longer overpoweringly salty. I was unhappy with our table. T felt like I was in a cave. Inadequate lighting at that specific table. Overall a good experience for me, but my wife was overjoyed with her meal and since it was her birthday, her dessert was free!

We enjoyed a girls night out there, and started off with the wonderful bruschetta. Then we enjoyed an awesome chicken marsala for our entree. For dessert I had the best tiramisu I’ve ever ate in my life!! Along with a to DIE FOR Tira Misu Martini!

Always enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Last night sat at the best table in the house.. next to the fireplace! A perfect evening.
