Very disappointed. When I made the reservation for our guests at our bed and breakfast, the restaurant said it was open on Mondays. However, go to find out that that restaurant is NOT open on Mondays. These guests were from the United Kingdom, this whole situation reflected bad on us and you. Please make sure that when you are using a reservation app, such as this OpenDoor that you have your true hours listed on their as well as Google, and if you change them, make sure that everyone is aware, especially if they made reservations before you changed your hours. I have taken family members to your establishment and have loved the atmosphere at the food, just really disappointed in the process this time!

Great time with 8 plus a baby for Friday night dinner! Was even able to delay the reservation due to unforeseen issues. Not many people at the restaurant since we started at 8:30 pm. Delicious food, excellent wine special and good service.

ABSOLUTELY AND WILDLY WONDERFUL! Even friends (many being highest-level food and wine experts) who live in other states come all the way to Boone JUST to eat here, claiming that this is the best Italian restaurant they've ever experienced--anywhere in their extensive world travels. Most locals would agree that when everyone wants the very best in delicious and authentic Italian dining, no other place even remotely compares. And if wine is your bailiwick, you'll love the very extensive, world-class list at Casa Rustica.

The meal is never a disappointment. It was our 53rd anniversary and celebrating it there is always special. They served a complimentary desert for our celebration and the setting was perfect.

Great night out after watching the game. Six of us enjoyed amazing appetizers- possibly the best stuffed mushrooms I’ve ever had, drinks, and six different delicious entrées. The service was great - even though they were packed. We did have reservations and I’d recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Jillian! Excellent food and outstanding service. We had Chicken Picatta with risotto and veal parmigiana with angel hair pasta both classily delicious. The Crepes Grand Mariner we had for dessert left us speechless any dying to return or replicate the dish at home. We can’t wait to return.

We were sat in the bar which was a little noisy. But the food and service were impeccable. The bar tender was friendly and super informative when we asked some questions about gin drinks. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful waitress with suggestions that I took into account and were impressed by. When licking up this reservation, it said that it was a romantic restaurant. I would say it is more like a family restaurant, but the food was outstanding.

We have enjoyed Casa Rustica now for about 20 years. The food remains consistently very good with quite a variety offered. All restaurants seem understaffed but they still deliver good food with good service and they appreciate our business.

Casa Rustica Restaurant is the best Italian restaurant (so far) I have ever dinned in here in US. The food is as delicious as in Italy and I mean it, all well seasoned, garnished, prepared and cooked to perfection. I ordered Chicken Alfredo for my kids despite it wasn’t on the menu and there was no fuss about it, yet served in kids portion and with grilled chicken, all delicious. My husband ordered Filet Mignon which came with sides all delicious as well and finally I ordered Shrimp Scampi and that was the best Shrimp Scampi I have ever had! Not only the shrimps were taken out of their shells (I know that are healthy and rich in lean proteins, yet I don’t like them) but also the meal was very rich in shrimps (so places you get 3-4 shrimps in the meal) and perfectly seasoned. Casa Rustica Restaurant is simply the best!

So it took us 2 hours to get our food and our server was so non concerned and never checked on us. And barely apologized for the delay in food. A manager never came over. We really think our sever forgot to put our food in. Really I would not recommend this place!!! Definitely won’t return ever!
