Casa Mia is the authentic Italian Cuisine experience. Our family moved to the U.S. in 1993 from Sorrento, Italy (a province of Naples). We came straight to Scottsdale so none of our palates were altered from the flavors they were familiar with. Casa Mia means "my home", and just like at home our food is made to meet our standards of taste. All of our ingredients are of the finest quality, from home made pastas, organic produce, and now organic grass fed beef. Our wine list features only Italian wines, and is always a work in progress as we are always searching for new surprising flavors!

We were celebrating a birthday and had a great time.
Exceptionally fresh and delicious. Attentive service and relaxing atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!
We’ve been going to Casa Mia for years. It’s consistently good!! Owner is so outgoing & friendly and so are the staff. This is one of our neighborhood gems!!
CM remains a neighborhood gem! Great service from Luca and Amy as always. Excellent cocktails and wine as well as perfectly cooked and seasoned Italian food. The special Risotto with salmon was delicious. Make your way out to the east part of Scottsdale and you will not be disappointed!
Service slow, our table asked 3x for grated cheese - finally came when we finished eating. Waited a long time between ordering, courses, second bottle of wine. Noisy, poorly lit. With reservations, we mentioned it was for a Birthday. Table next to us was recognized with a dessert and a candle. We were not. Twice, staff tried to take our dishes from us as we were still sharing the first course.
Priced high, especially starters. $300+ evening /3 people. Worth maybe 1/2 of that.
Better Italian restaurants in the area to choose from.
Maybe tastiest Italian in scottsdale that I’ve had
Great restaurant, very good food selection and expertly prepared.
Great adult place. Nice bar too.
Service is outstanding, esp. Megan
We enjoy coming here. Food and ambience is very good
Delicious from appetizer to dessert! Great service! Perfect neighborhood Italian that needs more local support!
I love this restaurant but was disappointed this time. There was almost no one there but my server paid scant attention to me. Very slow. It was also extremely dark because they didn’t put the window shades up after the sun went down. I’ll give them a pass because my other experiences have been very good.
A hidden gem. Good Italian restaurant that offers pasta, steak, fish, etc., as well as, a nice selection of beer and wine. Always a nice list of specials. They have a small bar area where you are welcome to eat as well. Nice relaxed ambiance.
They were short staffed. It took 30 mins to get my martini. The food was wonderful as always but service needs to improve!!
So happy to have greatI Italian in the neighborhood!
My husband and I went on a date night for the first time in a very long time. We hadn't been to Casa Mia in years, and what a treat to go back. The service is attentive without being too disruptive. Food was simply outstanding. Good, solid Italian flavors. The portions are sizable without being gargantuan. I love this neighborhood place and can't wait to go again.
Phenomenal! Best Italian food. My only complaint was the music was too loud.
Had the lobster ravioli special and hubby had the chicken prosciutto. Both entrees were delicious. A little wine and some tiramisu to finish the evening. Yum!
Always a great meal
Absolutely fantastic! Amy our server was outstanding. The food was delish. My husband requested an entree that was not on the menu and they whipped it up! So so wonderful.
Terrible service. Waitress was rude, food over priced.
Wonderful food and outstanding service. It is a real find. Very authentic Italian food.
When we arrived the restaurant was quiet and cool. As it began to fill, the music added to the swelling number of customers created a very noisy environment. The food was good and the service was quick and attentive. It has been years (old location) since we dined at Casa and we will return.
The food is consistently delicious & we always have a good time when we’re there.
A bit dark in restaurant. Hard to see the menu. Also, usually in an Italian restaurant you get olive oil with bread, not butter, unless you ask for butter.
We always have a great experience and enjoy everything. Our food, at this visit, was not as good as it usually is. I don’t know… we both agreed that we were a bit disappointed…. but because this is truly our fave restaurant, we will chalk it up to an off night and will most def be back. One other thing; while there is ‘no official dress code,’ we also found it odd that folks actually go to a nicer restaurant dressed like their going to a local pizza joint in t-shirts and the like. We are not snobs but there was a time at this restaurant u didn’t see this. 🤷🏻♀️
Great Italian restaurant, hidden away. Food was excellent. Service was fantastic and I could tell by k serving the other guests, who were regulars, that this place has a lot of fans.
Very nice place, modern, good service. Good wine list. Food is outstanding.
2nd time there. We are local from Fountain Hills and certainly will be back.
Outstanding pastas and consistently good food.
I typically would not have written this review but felt compelled to do so due to the recent experience we had dining at Casa Mia. We have always considered ourselves regulars here and have always recommended this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic meal, but the last visit left us dismayed. Our caprese salad was served with a quarter of the tomatoes it used to and the quality was not up to par. The ravioli special served was scant and presented with 8 small pieces for the high cost. No one asked us how our meal was, or we would have gladly mentioned it. All together, we were disappointed as this was not typical of Casa Mia. Not sure if there are some issues we are unaware of, but we hope they resolve them soon.
Had reservations- walk in right in time. sat at our table for 15 mins as we watched all the staff walk past us… nothing, only server assistant, who refilled our water twice, seemed to know we were there & even he stopped looking at us after about 10 mins.
Walked out after 15 mins
Let host know & she looked flabbergasted
What can we say; our favorite restaurant when we want authentic Italian. It’s always so fresh, deliciously prepared and servers are wonderful. btw, the sugarless carrot cake with mascarpone cheese was over the top! Gracie
LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE FOOD! We have been going here for years! My favorite place to go!!
Great food and great service
Fantastic as always, great atmosphere and food. Our twin six years old's had a blast
Excellent Service and Food!
Best Italian Restaurant!
Celebrated my wife's Birthday with her family at Casa Mia on a quiet Sunday night. The service and food were exceptional as always. Casa Mia is a for sure "go-to" when you want to have a special evening with fine Italian cusine.
The food was outstanding. It was very authentic Italian food as served in Italy, not America. Excellent service and the menu had quite a wide range of choices. Can't wait to go back.
Excellent food and service, as usual. Our 'go to' place.
This was our first time at Casa Mia. Everything was delicious. We enjoyed the Mahi Mahi special and the gnocchi which they were kind enough to serve with their homemade meat sauce. A very good neighborhood spot. We’ll be back.
The food was delicious and our server bent over backwards to meet our needs.
