Have bee going to this restaurant since it opened. Mostly satisfied as my neighborhood Italian restaurant. This time, a Monday night, service was not intelligent. Possibly new staff. Food was ok but mediocre. Considering that this was an off night and will continue to patronize .

Our rollatini appetizer was good, but not hot. The snapper Frances was good, but our pasta barely had any sauce and was lukewarm. Our server never came to ask how our food was and we had to find her to get our water glasses refilled.

We were in the area for a boat tour and decided to try something different, craving pizza so found this little place. Great pizza from a wood fired oven and a fabulous shareable dessert. Great service from Sophia, good pace. Would definitely recommend.

The “tell” was we were able to get a reservation on a Friday night for 7:45 when we called at 6:45. The fried calamari and house salad was fine. The entrees were a completely different story. Chicken Milanese - daughter described it as a big chicken nugget with zero flavor Eggplant parm - wife (who rarely complains) did it was the worse she’s ever had. Lasagna - father in law said it was weak at best - one layer of pasta!!! Filet - not sure they could have found a smaller piece of meat! And son had asked for mash potatoes but that’s not what came out. Chicken parm - my dish. Sauce was as if it came from a cheap jar of store bought discount sauce. After ordering the apps our waitress was missing for 20 minutes!!!! Don’t eat here!

Full bar; server was very attentive. Food was excellent and the price was fair. A little bit loud but to be expected with a full house. Definitely put this restaurant in our rotation.

Overall a good experience. Service was very good. Waitress was very nice and responsive. We have a nice table inside and no issues. We brought a bottle of nice wine but they did charge a $20 corkage fee. Not bad. Got a Margarita pizza as a appie. It was very good. I got the Parpadella with Wild Boar and was a lot and very good. My wife and friend both got the Snapper and pasta and was very good. I would most likely return Ciao.

To begin ordered a salad around 6:30 and our entree’s arrived one hour later and both were Luke warm. So the waiter did not bring them right to us. My chicken parm was overcooked and dry. I hater when my food is not hot. I saw two pizza’s sitting under a heat lamp for a good long time before being served. I will not go back there are too many other places to eat.

We had to ask if they knew we were there. Wait staff very busy … they could use help. Took awhile to get our wine. Had to pour our own wine. Food started coming out before our wine. Brought our bottled water out with no glasses. Food was good. Not sure if we’ll be back.
