Great for Birthday dinner
One of the best restaurants in the globe outside Italy
My Wife, Daughter and Son, Birthday Boy turned 30 had dinner on Thursday evening. We were seated at a booth along the wall and it was perfect, quiet and cozy. The Food, Service and Ambiance were absolutely exceptional . Every bite of every dish was sensational. We had crudo if Hamachi, salads and then we all enjoyed a pasta course that were delicious
Certainly one of the finest high quality restaurants in NYC
The best meal in Manhattan
First rate service throughout the entire meal. Well paced delivery of corses with no rush. Excellent vitello tonnato and carpaccio as appetizers, generous portions. Main courses were both fish: cod, and orata as a daily special. We shared the main courses and They prepared both split in two very nicely. Again, nice portions and very very well prepared. The desert was a tiramisu (excellent) and they brought us a deconstructed millefeluille on the house (very good). Overall very enjoyable experience.
Everything was great. The only issue was two glasses of Chardonnay were very pricey at $35 each - $70. Didn’t realize it when I ordered.
Best service in NYC! Huge fan of lunch and breakfast here
diverse menu, attentive service immaculate execution fantastic taste.
The weekend dinner feature is a great deal!
Casa Lever is a Gem of a restaurant. Everything about it is Outstanding - Food, Menus, Service, Decor, Ambiance, Prices.
Their Fri & Sat prix fixe menu is in a class of it's own. I doubt you can find a comparable prix fixe menu, anywhere in NYC, that can match it for variety of choices, presentation and delicious food preparation at such a reasonable price.
I give it the highest recommendation possible.
Without asking they provided gluten free bread. The server was attentive and knowledgeable. The food AMAZING. It was an overall great experience.
There was a family next to us with 3 very young children- lots of screaming and running around the table from the kids, one knocked over a chair into our table, thankfully I saved the wine from spilling all over my client. I understand that kids need to eat too, but maybe 8:00pm at a swanky Manhattan restaurant isn’t the best place to bring your very young children? Staff seemed to be trying to handle it to the best of their abilities, but what can you really do with 3 cranky kids that are screaming? Food was good though. Great place to bring out of town clients, decor and atmosphere are great (minus the screaming children lol).
Friendly and attentive service! The food was delicious (esp. the pasta!). The lighting was a little dark and it made me sleepy.
A very good restaurant, quite and comfortable.
The food is superb, and the owner know how take care of his clients.
Good wine list, and nice design of the restaurant
Excellent all round.
Amazing as always. It was my daughters birthday and they were extremely attentive and professional.
I loved the food, the staff went above and beyond to make the evening very special.
Looking at the Warhol’s wasn’t so bad either!!
We loved it. The food was amazing and well proportioned and everyone was in love w meal. We had two celiac and 1 vegetarian and the staff was accommodating even giving us gluten free bread for nibbling ❤️ . Amazing place for friends catch up and restaurant week treat :)
Excellent service. The wine pairings for the restaurant week courses were spot on.
Antonio is the best. Food was awesome. Place is great.
Has a really cool entrance! Food was amazing and service was superb. Restaurant Week.
The service was exceptional and the food phenomenal!
Went for restaurant week. Tremendous value. House salad was only OK, but tomato gazpacho and baby octopus were delicious starters. Breaded grouper woh heirloom tomato salad was outstanding. Pastas are all first rate. Huge, decadent dessert! Gianduia was fabulous. Service was highly professional, as would be expected. All-around great experience
The food was great but had an unfortunate long wait
The table to the right of us was quite loud
We learned from the table on the left vaping was aloud
Overall I would go again when I’m in the area
What made it worse it was the carbonara
We always experience exceptional service and food whenever we go. It is a must.
Lovely ambience. Mediocre restaurant week menu. Would return to try the full menu.
Both food and service were outstanding. Our family of four adults uniformly enjoyed all plates enormously. Service was exceptional. It is a quiet restaurant making conversation easy. This is a destination to which i will return in the future.
This was sub-par restaurant week. It was also weird when we sat down and I assumed it was the owner or GM bc he was wearing a suit was asking us why we came in and how we had heard about it and was like interrogating us before even had our water glasses filled. It was an odd experience. Then the food was just MEH. Like I get that its's restaurant week but the food was nothing special. The bolognese was bland and most of the pasta dishes, except for 1, the pasta was definitely not made freshly. The only thing that I really enjoyed was the tiramisu, which wasn't even on the menu that night.
Honestly, would not recommend or go back.
Nothing great, average experience. Food was sub par, wine was average. Pricey just for the park ave location of restaurant.
Everything was just perfect! Emlpoyees: Warm and kind, Table: spacious and comfortable, Food: delicious and healthy
Pleasant dining experience! Impeccable service ( attentive and always at proper timing), food delicious, impressed by the paring wines for the octopus and dessert. Atmosphere is elegant but casual ( I could hear next table talking but not bothered:)
We will come back soon to celebrate an occasion.
Love this place! Venue is amazing, both inside and outdoors. Staff is best I’ve ever seen. Incredibly responsive. Food is delicious. We go here for any special occasion we can and to show out of town guests the best of NY.
Food and service were very nice. The staff was on point and the food delicious. A bit pricey for lunch but then if you're dining there you already know this.
Very nice atmosphere, stuff is super attentive to details and considerate. Good way to spend a dinner night with friends or a date
Casa Lever is my favorite business meal option in midtown Manhattan. It never disappoints.
Wonderful experience from food to service.
Meeting an old friend for dinner. Excellent service throughout. Food was perfection. Wine recommendations great.
We are frequent diners and were never disappointed, until now. Food was only okay when it is usually exceptional. The room temperature was hot. We asked the waitress to raise the AC, but it never really got cooler. Perhaps, because it was a Monday? It will be awhile until we return.
Fabulous wine selection and helpful sommelier. The food was amazing and big enough to split entrees with my boyfriend and brother, fellow foodies. Great night out!
Beautiful dining room with a dozen large and original Warhol paintings gazing down on you. Lighting is perfect. Service is prompt and professional. Wine list has some interesting options. Menu is innovative. Food was delicious. Great choice for special occasions.
