Absolutely an amazing experience! The food was the best Egyptian good I've ever had. Valerie, the belly dancer, was so entertaining and very interactive. We went for our wedding anniversary and fell in love with the place instantly. Such an intimate spot, we sat under a beautiful little tent with big comfortable seats. Be sure to get the groupon!!!!

This place is different, good different. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I love the set up, aura was great, drinks were good but pricey. The down side is the food portion is a joke, I give more food to my four year old daughter. They should really consider putting more food on their plates. But overall it was a good experience.

What a wonderful place!! We went as group of 11 of mother-daughters. The staff accommodated our vegetarian needs and we left not feeling hungry. They also sat us at a beautiful location in the restaurant. Honestly, after eating there- the whole dining area is beautiful and wonderful. The food was delicious and the staff was so nice and accommodating. Everyone's favorite was the warm bread they brought out to eat with the dip. My favorite two dishes were the grape leaves and Mousaka. The bellydancer was wonderful and beautiful. She was very interactive and made her way around the table . I would love to go there again and try some of their other dishes.

Thursday night birthday celebration , the restaurant was not crowded at all yet the service was veryyy slow, forever to get drinks to the table and to order food. The food it self was delicious and would be the only reason to come back, but disappointed on the wait staff

My husband and I have been enjoying Casa La Femme for eight years. We dine with them several times a year and always opt for the pre-fixed menu and the tented table. It has great ambiance, food, service, and entertainment. I would definitely recommend that you dine at Casa la Femme! See you Soon again ! :)

I was dissapointed, it has changed its more expensive, the tents are no longer a secluded tent. I ended up reserving one with no lighting. The lamb chops were overcooked and ohh!, before they gave you 4 chops now they give you 3. I booked for 7pm because the belly dancing was at 730. Ofcourse, no belly dancer simply because there were many empty tables. I decided to wait Up until past 930pm that the dancer finally came out for a quick 15min dance. I paid for the experience and it is way too overrated and overpriced. Its not what it used to be when they had it on the upper east side. I wont waste my money there anymore. Im done.

A little bit overpriced for our taste, we pay $54 for three drinks our dinner for two it was over $200 , that is a little bit too much . And the food wasn't that great, I order the fish Dorado and I thought comes with a side but didn't , but over all the belly dancer did a great job... we loved watching her dancing 💃🏻 😊

completely disappointed for the amount of money we spent. this wasn't a local bar dinner of small town restaurant. this was NYC, Saturday night. Your wait staff was horrible. we waited over 20 minutes and I ME had to flag down a waiter jut to get water and menus after we were seated. our tent table, supposed to be romantic and private. was next to a server station and wide open! When i finally got a waiters attention and asked for him to send over our server, he said he would take our table yet found out later his section was on other side of the restaurant. which led to him not once asking us how our dinner was going or offering refills. just because we don't drink alcohol doesn't mean we wont spend money!!! and lastly when we were done with our Pre fix meal it took dessert 10 m to be sent over and we weren't asked if we even wanted it or if we wanted the $50 option with no dessert. thee waiter got annoyed because all he cared about was another tip! no one thanked us for coming except a bus boy by the bar - would we recommend, NO , would we come back, no. plenty of other restaurants to pick from. unless something can be rectified for by belated valentines dinner i took my fiance on because the 14th her aunt died and we decided to wait a few weeks to go out.

Casa La Femme is a really fun environment with great food. Everyone in our large group enjoyed the assorted 'hummus' selections with homemade pita bread to start, followed by salad or appetizer, and all the entrees were delicious. The belly dancing was a nice surprise and really added to the fun atmosphere!

While the ambiance was nice, even though the decor seemed a bit faded and tired, the wait between courses was really, REALLY, long!!! We used a Groupon coupon, but we were still charged an additional $54 for one cocktail, a bottle of water, an extra plate of pita (3 pieces) bread and 2 sodas. We also got to see no belly dancers as the Groupon ad promised. The appetizer with the pita and hummus was the best course. The pre-entre was one crab cake the size of a golf ball in the middle of a large white plate. It was average tasting. We both had the Brazino whole fish - over cooked. That's it. One fish in middle of yet another large white plate. No rice or vegetable or even garnish. Dessert was tiny cake and some cookie rolls. I guess I was disappointed and won't be going back. The wait staff was nice, but none of the men ever addressed me or even looked at me. The men only spoke to my husband. Odd.

They should probably have an earlier belly dance like at 7:30-8pm instead of 9:30pm during January month sometime...we were the only customers at 9ish and Ms. V.Levine was great.

The decor and ambiance is great and so is this food, but the service was probably the worst service I've ever experienced in a restaurant in my life. If there was an option for 0 stars for service I would give it. AND Ive never even left a review for anything before, but this was so frustrating that I have to.. We asked for pita bread 5 times to 5 different people including our waiter because we were starving from waiting for our food for SO long. After 30 minutes someone finally brought it to us. Our waiter disappeared half way through the night, after mixing up every single thing that we ordered and bringing the wrong drink 3 times in a row. It was like there was a leak in his brain, I think a 5 year old child could do a better job. We waited for our food for 2 hours and then it was taken away so quickly and we weren't even finished. One entree came 20 minutes after another one. It was insane how horrible the service was. BUT the food was great and the look and feel of the place was beautiful. I recommend going there but first telling the waiter and manager that you heard that they have the absolute worst service and asking if it they are going to be as horrible as you heard. I think that would make them be a little less bad. That's what I plan to say if I ever go back.
