From the moment you enter Casa Juancho, you feel as though you are in Spain. The authentic brick, red tiles, fabrics and pottery from Spain create a warm hospitable atmosphere to enjoy some of Spain"s finest cuisine.
As the hot spot for Miami's business leaders, the nightly lines are a testament to the popularity of Casa Juancho.
Casa Juancho is a great restaurant for a celebration. Service was kind of slow: ask for a straw-never came, ask for strawberries-never came; asked for the bill, it took 15 minutes.
Cod croquettes and fried calamari were divine as well as Parrillada de Mariscos and Paella Marinera. Sangir needed more wine, but that's our personal taste. Desserts were good.
We recommend Casa Juancho for a great meal and nice time!
omg, food was amazing, very authentic spaniard food, felt like in Spain wow, happy b day for my spouse , thanks casa juancho
Excellent time. Highly recommend checking out this restaurant
Excellent Paella. Very pleased with the attentive service. Valet parking was prompt. My guests were very pleased with the experience.
Great place to dine if you like Spanish live music. Service and food were excellent. The musicians play guitar and other typical instruments and go from table to table. Very entertaining
3 of the entree’s we ordered were not available, they ran out of them over the weekend, not good if your point was to try them out during first visit.
Great time as always food and service was The best
Buena atención y un excelente servicio, recomendaría este lugar a todos mis amigos y familiares
This place doesn’t deserve another minute of my time, so I’ll make this as quick as I can. We got there about 20 minutes early for our 8:00pm reservation, and were seated nearly an hour later. We weren’t given any menus by the hostess, or the guy who sat us, who didn’t even say a word to us. Our server’s first words to us were “you guys need menus?” Like really dude?! We felt extremely rushed by him afterwards. Didn’t explain anything about the menu, he just didn’t care. We ordered our appetizer, lomo and a tortilla... we got the lomo and what we heard was “tetilla” cheese which we thought was on the house (only to later find out that our server misunderstood tortilla for tetilla and didn’t even bother to clarify). We ordered lobster and a seafood grill, which took over an hour and 2 bread baskets later until we got it: COLD. The seafood tasted like it had been frozen and reheated, totally disgusting. Our server NEVER checked with us, and after we complained at the end of the meal that’s when he was all of the sudden concerned about our experience at this crappy restaurant. His way to redeem himself was asking us to please come back and give them another try... are you freaking kidding me??! All together it was a crappy, rushed, and extremely unpleasant experience. Such a shame because we had really high hopes for this restaurant. Never again will we set foot inside this establishment. Thanks for ruining Valentine’s Day for us Casa Juancho!!!
As always, the Paella is the best!! Only restaurant in town that really know how to do a real Paella! Olé!
Food was just average, and the tuna (music group) which used to be great was poorly dressed, disorganized, did not sound great and asked for tips after every song. They looked and felt like street musicians. I’m afraid the restaurant has become a tourist trap.
Best Spanish food in Miami. Hands down!
Everything taste good, the service is great (makes you feel like you are in Spain).
I'm Spanish so you can take my word for it.
Great food and service. The entrees were perfectly prepared as well as the appetizers.
The food was pricey. My friend and I thought we could get tastier food for far less money. I was really expecting delicious food you couldn't get anywhere else
Great food, service, and ambiance for a wonderful diner with your loved ones and friends.
Fabulous! Wonderful Spanish food in Miami!! I recommend to anyone.
The food was excellent as well as the service. For us Casa Juancho is the best restaurant in Miami!
Fabulous and authentic Spanish food, great atmosphere and outstanding service. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion!
Good. Live music. Good ambiance
Great ambiance. Quick seating. Food was disappointing overall- sangria was basically some red wine with fruit added and not the usual sweet tasting drink it should be. My Dover Sole was way overcooked. Other two guests fish was also overdone. Desserts were outstanding.
Very good food
The food was no expected for the prices
It was 👎🏻
Great food and service. As always. My 10 dinner there. When ever I visit Miami.
Great food, good service, we had a paella was delicious
Best meal I had in Miami. Make that the whole dang state.
Beautiful comfortable warm atmosphere
Menu selection was extraordinary- wine menu exceptional- will return many times to experience more
Food was DELICIOUS
Service was very good +; could have been a little more attentive.....do not get the wrong idea.....we enjoyed ourselves VERY much
Great restaurant, good Spanish food and wines, very nice bar
Fun place - a bit chaotic because it is always packed but definitely worth the trip from downtown Miami. Great food and wine, family style with plenty of authentic choices from tapas to paella. A must go and a must make reservation upfront.
It use to be mad dad favorite please cuz of the musicians ( tuna española) normally it was 5 members that going table by table playing songs by request .
We back las Friday w my dad and the rest of the family visiting from Peru by we got dissapointed that it was just 3 non inspired musicians playing around the rest floor not table by table , they mention that that’s not the way to play Tuna !!!!...I tip them good as always anyways , when we ask a song request they ask for more money something I found it. As a bad taste!!
We also missing the old gentleman singer playing Acordion
Despite other reviews claiming poor service and not so good food, we had a wonderful experience on Christmas day. The food was very good and our waiters were very attentive and we were very happy with the servive. Our appetizers, Jamon Iberico, Pulpo Asado and queso manchego were excellent as was our chik pea soup. My salt baked Dorada was one of the best I have eaten in any restaurant. Everybody else on the table was also very happy with their dishes including the Zarzuela de Mariscos and Rabo de Toro.
It is an old restaurant and no claim to any modern day cuisine but if you want to eat good old-fashioned Spanish food, I recommend it.
Christmas lunch with family. Authentic Spanish meal
Good food but didn’t have many items from Spain they normally offer.
Service was slow even though it was not very busy.
They have a nice parking lot but charge $7.00 valet parking which is not optional.
Great place for a large group who love eating seafood .
Always a great restaurant to taste real Spanish food. The Castilian environment, great sangria, and tapas are awesome. I’m from Madrid, and going to Casa Juancho makes me feel like if I were home. Their almost daily tuna group makes the environment fun as well.
El Restaurant e quedado en el tiempo. La comida es extremadamente cara para lo que es. La paella es desabrida, el arroz pasado y sin gusto. La atención deja mucho que desear y los mariachis que vienenson muy molestos piden tip de manera grosera. NO VAYA!! ES UNA ESTAFA!
Took my friend there to celebrate her birthday, the decor was nice as it was all decorated for Christmas. Service definitely left something to be desired as we were waiting 10 min for our server to come to our table after being seated as well as the valet being rude. The food was good, particularly the seafood paella, however the lobster bisque was mediocre at best. Our major issue was the mariachi band as they loudy played basically the entire time making it difficult to have a conversation then came around table to table asking for donations. I think the restaurant should strongly reconsider the band.
Every year we come from California to eat here in December, looking forward to next year!
Food were good
I would stay away from valet they were rude
We truly enjoyed the FOOD at Casa Juancho. Our fish/seafood Paella was fabulous.
However, the group of musicians going from table to table singing is something the restaurant should reconsider...specially when it comes to their tips. These musicians are a bit obnoxious when it comes to their tips -- they even have a credit card machine to MAKE SURE THEY GET THEIR TIPS. These musicians should be paid and tipped by Casa Juancho -- not their customers. Our bill was over $275.00...why would I want to tip musicians for one song?
