Casa D'Angelo - Boca Raton Ratings and Reviews
A wonderful evening with family at CD'A. The greet desk was more than accommodating when we requested a high chair with a roomy table. Our server was so poised and helpful navigating us through the numerous specials (which made choosing our desires most challenging). Each and every appetizer and entree we selected far exceeded their description. The food was prepared and plated to perfection with seasoning was spot on, never requiring embellishments. From the moment we arrived until the end of meal, our experience was top notch. When we visit Boca Raton our must stop is CD'A. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you all for a great evening, the finicky family from NJ.
Every trip to Florida requires a great dinner - Casa D - whether Ft Ldle or Boca location gives u a reason to return- Boca is our favorite- service is impeccable from car valet to everyone inside. Chefs offering for staters provides you with fresh tasty selections and the specials are exquisite along with main menu -- never rushed - great conversation with Mgmt and staff matches the cuisine
Run- do not walk to try Casa D - you will not regret it
First time we had dinner we couldn't be happier. Everything was great.
Went back for our anniversary and couldn't be more disappointed with the food.
Both main courses were over cooked, my wife's lobster tail and shrimp were closer to chewing on a tire. My veal wasn't much better.
Not likely to return.
Reservation was on time. Waiter was friendly & knowledgeable. I had a veal chop that was delicious. Made arrangements for chocolate lava cake with candle to be brought to table which was done expertly. We were a party of four & everyone remarked how delicious their meal was. Will go back for dinner without it being a special occasion.
I love Angelo's food. In addition, when I was told that they had Truffles (black), I wanted to have something with Truffles, but the dish I chose would not be good with that. So, the Chef made mushrooms with Truffles for me as a side dish which I loved. I want to go back and eat it as an entree. Thank you for accommodating for me.
We've been to Casa DA many times and are NEVER disappointed. Our server Nicolas was outstanding, manager Paola greeted us as old friends and chef Rickie came over to say hello, a very nice touch. We always feel at home here . The entres we had, short rib with pear ravioli, bucatini w/scallops and veal chop, were all exception!! Can't wait to go back!!!!!
Disappointed this time. We were a party of two and they tried to seat us in a doorway to the banquet room, that they were using for regular seating. We had to wait for an additional 15 minutes for a table that was stuffed in a corner by the dessert bar and front door. The waiter got my order wrong, but luckily I liked the dish. Just felt like we were an afterthought the whole time.
Not quite as good as the last time we were there.. We met friends there and they were not impressed... The dinning room was freezing had to ask several times to raise the temperature. Its is very difficult to enjoy food and conversation when its freezing.... Our waiter was very good.. I never mind expensive restaurants but I need to get the quality food consistently and dine in a comfortable temperature.... WON'T BE RETURNING......
Awful. Will NEVER return. Their Ft.Lauderdale restaurant is my favorite. Chicken Parm was under cooked and had to be sent back. The bottle of Castillo Monsanto was served WARM & we ask it to be chilled. A good restaurant temperature controls it's wines. Actually their tapas restaurant in Delray Beach makes a much better chicken parm as does our local Italian restaurant, La Luna.
What a disappointment! Honestly if not for the influx of winter residents this "restaurant" would be out of business.
