The service was excellent. We were seated and served right away. Given extra warm bread, silverware, napkins and a glass of water.
Our waiter Victor was excellent. Top notch service. Great deal on prime rib dinner. Food was excellent. The hostess Christine was very welcoming and pleasant.
My husband and I dine here quite often and every time we love it more and more! Roy is ALWAYS a pleasure!!! Great man and very professional...a true accent to Carve!!! We will be back soon.
We went to Carve for Valentine's Day. The advertised at steak and lobster special. Our reservations were for 6:00 pm..we were seated at 6:30 (that didn't really bother me). We were not given menus when we were finally seated. The sever comes over to tell us there are not more specials!! What!! I said you open at 5:00 it's only an hour and half into dinner service and you have no more steak and lobster special! The evening went down from there. Not good service a long to time get food; dirty dishes remained on table etc. I did email Carve food and beverage management to make them aware of our experience but I did not get a reply back form them (or phone call). We have eaten there before and it was good. Will proabley go back again but not on a holiday. Chef need to learn how to order food.
Went for Valentin
Let me start by saying we waited 25 minutes to any kind of service. While management team were sitting in front of us eating their fabulous dinner we waited for ever and a year to get service. Mind you it was 6:30pm and they were out of lobster and filet mignon. Never ever coming back to this place even if we were given a free meal
First off I made Reservations 3 weeks in advance for Valentines to avoid waiting long waits and making Valentines day a hassle. My partner and I arrive on time (6:30PM) we get seated right away which was great but no one even bothered to asked if we would like water for 10 mins . A lady that wasn't even our waiter came and brought us bread and water, 20 mins later the waiter finally comes to our table to take our order and I tell him I would like the Valentines Day special which was the reason I choose to dine here verse another restaurant and he says he sold out 30 mins ago... I was so mad I asked to speak to a manager. (hoping the manager would give us another item on the menu for the same price or do something to make up for this screw up) The manager (chef) Said Sorry I didn't order enough food and didn't even try to help so we left . I was so upset I left crying I felt horrible to left my partner down for Valentine's Day. I would not recommend a place that can care less about their customers and I will not be back. This was my first and last time here.
Valentine's Day was definitely a lovely treat celebrated within the Carve establishment. The meal was great! I was ok with the wait time of our server and meal, due to the Holiday. Once, I tasted my dish......Hmmmmmmm, nothing else mattered. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. Great meal that will not set you back alot if Coins!
Food was fabulous. Service could be better. He brought out the wrong order, and forgot our shrimp scampi. Seems as he was in a rush taking our orders, and we waited awhile for our meal. Definitely not going back!!
Wait staff a friendly and helpful. Good value for the meal.
Great ambiance in a relaxing atmosphere. Great attentiveness by all the staff members.
Can't go wrong with their prime rib or roasted chicken. Will have leftovers for another meal at home.
We have eaten at Carve many times and for some reason the service was very slow and a bit inattentive. It was busy but we were disappointed in not getting our usual very personal good service. Wont change how we feel about the place though.
This was our first time at the Eastside Cannery Carve Restaurant & it was a very nice experience. The
prime rib was excellent and the service was great, we definitely will go back.
Victor is the best waiter at Carve. The new hostess Christine is very pleasant and makes you feel very comfortable. The food is excellent and the food helpers Ella and George are spot on.
