Love the food at Carson's. The baby back ribs are so good. The au gratin potatoes were so creamy and cheesy. The cornbread we served warm, it is slightly sweet and very delicious. I also very much enjoyed the wedge salad. For dessert we enjoyed the warm brownie sundae. It was large enough to be shared between 4 people.

Went for Downtown Dining Week ... Food was great. I had the baby back ribs. Excellent. The corn bread was also wonderful!!

We went for lunch before a concert. No pressure and we were able to share our meal from salad to entree. They bought us a champagne toast for our anniversary. Great experience!

This is a top notch steak house with excellent cuts of meat and terrific sides. My prime rib was perfectly cooked and was great whether dipped into the au jus or the horse radish sauce or the creamed spinach side! My son had a great steak with a loaded baked potato. We were seated by the bar rather than in the main dining area - which was a little odd as the restaurant did not seem packed on a weekday night - but it worked out great because we were able to watch the Knicks playoff game from our seat. Service was friendly and professional. Bottom line- this was a great choice for a nice dinner in downtown Milwaukee.

Filet was a little on the done side for medium rare however it was very flavorful. The coleslaw was perfect for me, finely chopped and not too creamy.
