Everything was great we got sat right when we got there and the food and atmosphere was great!!

Their pork chop is the best thing on the menu! This is one of our go to restaurants in Milwaukee.

The lettuce salad with the sour cream/anchovy dressing was excellent, as were the 12 oz. fillets. The ribs were absolutely the best I have had at any Carson's in a long, long time; they were sweet and succulent. What made the whole dining experience even better was the service of Carlos; he was extremely attentive and willing to do whatever we asked. I was also impressed by the fact that, when we were leaving, every staff person we passed thanked us for coming and wished us a good evening.

Always consistent! Best ribs and best corn bread in the Milwaukee metro area!

Glad we were able to enjoy Carson's with friends and family. The service and food was great and definitely will come back.

I took my friend for dinner at Carson’s. Her first time at Carson’s. She was impressed and had stated that this was the best meal she has had in a long time. Carson’s did not disappoint.

Brought some customers prior to a Bucks game. 12 oz filets around the horn, excellent! I’m about to book another reservation.

The food was just ok. It was nothing special. The best part about the ribs was the sauce. The steak was not tender.

The price did not match the food quality.
The waiter was very good.

Waiter and food were outstanding! Parking was tough but Host went over and above to find us a spot on the street himself! Great way to spend a birthday.

Great service and the steaks were exceptional coming from the 1500 degree broiler. They got us served in time for the Bucks game too!

Interesting crowd last night. The physical menu has seemed to change and looks like it should be for an IHOP not a restaurant that serves $60+ steaks. The bar was crowded with people who were def not waiting on a table (there were plenty available) but rather had taken up residence in front of the huge TVs and were set up for a night of beer and TV. I live in a larger city and travel extensively for work. I never care what a restaurant costs, so I know I am different in that way. But I used to have this restaurant on my list of options in Milwaukee, but I think I will take it off. Also both my ribs and filet were dry, and my client ordered said the same of his ribs. Just seems like everything had downgraded since I ate there over a year ago.

The service yesterday was abysmal the food was the driest barbecue ribs and 12 ounce steak ever, clearly along with the two sides potatoes were cold and had been sitting under a lamp drying out. Our soda refills came after we asked for our check! The valet parking person was very pleasant and nice.

Our waiter was excellent. We came from Chicago to take my son who attends Marquette to lunch & had an awesome waiter. Our reservation was for 3 at 12:00 on 2/23. Food was very delicious too!! Will come back!

Always perfect here

We always have a great time at Carson's! Excellent Happy Hour then dinner. The Mediterranean salad is my favorite. The barbecue pork chop is almost enough for two meals! You must ask to be seated in Samantha's section. She takes care of you like no other! What a wonderful addition to the evening.

Ordered Caesar salad w/ blackened salmon w dressing and cheese on the side. It came out w/ chicken. It went back and 10 min later it came out w/ cheese on it. They offered nothing and my guests where more than half way done w/ their meals. It’s a shame because I really like Carson’s.

Son’s 19th birthday. Son very much enjoyed his Delmonico ribeye, recommended by our waiter Taylor, who was efficient, professional and delightful!

The Hostess and Valet Driver were VERY RUDE!! I eat at Carson’s often and I’ve never experienced customer service like this. My waiter was the best that’s why he received a gracious tip, however the blonde in the front and Valet driver really had poor customer service. This wasn’t my first time eating there but it was definitely my last. Which is very disappointing because the food and drinks were awesome!

Everything was absolutely perfect!! The best Key Lime Pie in Milwaukee. The Crab Cakes amazing. I could go on and on. Carsons never disappoint.

Good experience and the wait staff were very pleasant and made the meal plan that much more enjoyable!

Had a great meal. My wife and I had dinner at Carson's on February 15th., before going to a play at the Steimke Theater. Had reservations for 6pm, arrived 15 minutes early and were immediately seated. After looking at menu we decided to split a BBQ sampler of: 1/2 Rack of ribs, 1/4 chicken and 1 pork chop. Added extra side of potato. Meal was delicious, everything done to perfection, and enough food to share. Will go back again to sample other meals on the menu.

Glad we got there for the last of the prime rib. This visit was better than the last visit (2019). Something has changed for the better. Big thanks to the manager.

From our booth next to the window... the only music we could hear was the annoying “boom” “boom”of the sub woofer base. Crab cake was the best anywhere. Good barbeque sauce on the slightly fatty beef sandwich..

We arrived significantly late due to unforseen circumstances, the staff could not have been more gracious and accommodated is without rushing. Will be back!

Birthday experience for the wife

We had a wonderful experience. We were in town for a concert and wanted a quieter place to eat a nice meal. The Ambiance was exactly what we were looking for and Jessica made our experience that much better. She was so friendly and knowledgeable of the menu items. She took excellent care of us.

Pros: I love this place. Great food, a very relaxing and cozy atmosphere. I have been here twice and will definitely be back again.

Cons: No parking, but they offer valet for $12, expensive. Also I made reservations and I was running behind due to parking and the walk to Carson's was far. I tried to call to let them know I will be in but the phone was busy for over 15 mins. My table was given away. The wait however was not very long and they were attentive to keeping us updated on the wait.

On a scale of one to 10 overall I'll rate Carson's a 9.5.

This was a great location to meet up with my brother before the Bucks game at Fiserv. I would choose this place again

Went there to celebrate a birthday. Had the Greek salad which was excellent. Lots of feta cheese and other toppings Had Greek chicken and it was delicious also. Received a birthday sundae for dessert. I would highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning soon.

Really great place. Food was amazing... Especially the corn bread. Service was great also. It's all and all a really good place for a night out. It is on the loud side when full as it's all open space so sound gets around.
