This our favorite special occasion restaurant for dinner.

We have never been to Carroll's Creek restaurant before...other than brunch. What a wonderful surprise to find out how amazing the dinner menu is, and how delicious it was on our recent night out. Delicious, delicious, delicious!! Will definitely return!!

Excellent location and parking is free! The food was amazing and we were seated with a bay view. Great place to go for lunch, dinner or brunch.

Delicious food and service. Would highly recommend this restaurant, especially for special occasions. The night we dined at this restaurant, there was a business meeting/party which was rather loud. This, however, did not distract from the wonderful food and good service that we received. I look forward to our next dinner outing at Carrol's Creek!

We have been enjoying Carrol's Creek for decades. It never fails to be superb.

The food and atmosphere was fantastic! Only downside was the lack of options vegetarian-wise, but what was available was absolutely delicious.

I made a reservation for 3pm on Sunday. That must be when they turn over from brunch to dinner because upon arrival, the table was not ready, though the dining room was empty. We had to wait nearly 10 minutes, despite being on time and not early, for the table to "be set." Then the service and menu left a lot to be desired. At 3 it would have been nice to have some lunch type options, and not just the dinner menu. The waiter was quirky, and not necessarily in a good way. Service was slow, food was mediocre for the price point, and the room was loud. Needless to say I was disappointed for a place that attempts to be "fine dining" on the water.

Enjoyed a recent Sunday morning brunch at Carrol's Creek. The restaurant is right on the water with exceptional views of the marina. Our waiter, Wick, was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and appropriately attentive. Our crab omelets were very tasty and filling. The rest rooms were very clean and the front desk staff very polite - don't forget to have them stamp your parking ticket for free parking. The only complaint (not the restaurant's fault) was a table with two little children, one of which was not a happy camper by virtue of his loud and pretty constant screaming. The staff tried to drown him out by partially closing the partition between the two dining areas but you could still hear him.

Otherwise, we enjoyed our experience and likely will return.

CCC did not live up to billing this time around. Food was not up to par, service was poor, and they gave away my confirmed reservation after we checked in, so we had to wait for next available. Caesar Salad came without anchovies or parmesan cheese and we had to beg for cracked fresh pepper. We were entertaining out of town guests and had built it up, based on our last two experiences, but it just didn't compare this time around. Disappointing. Came back for lunch in the bar the next day and service was much better, but food was still short of expectations. We'll give it another try in hopes of an improvement.

We had a reservation and were seated right away. The wait staff were exceptional. The food was as the waiter described wonderful and delicious. Beautiful view but the noise level of some of the patrons was loud and boisterous, not the first time this happened. I would not go here expecting a quiet dinner.

Great service and excellent food. My favorite is their Caesar salad with dressing made in restaurant and topped with their crab cake for lunch.

One of my favorite restaurants in Annapolis. As usual, everything was delicious and the service was outstanding.

Overpriced. Disappointing. Over cooked a 42.00 rib eye dinner, sent back my date was done with his dinner by the time mine came back however it was cooked properly the second time. Crab Cake dinner had smaller Crab Cakes then previous visits, no reasonably priced house Red wine.

We really enjoy our visits to Carrols Creek food & service above expectations.

Beautiful view on the water to eat and drink. Food is outstanding! We had dinner with wine and the herb encrusted rockfish and the crab cake. Both excellent!! You can't beat sitting on the water looking towards the Naval Academy. Beautiful night.

We wanted to dine on the light side and found the salads and small plates to be perfect. We both had spinach salads that skipped the fat and calorie heavy bacon dressing for a much lighter citrus dressing that was well matched to the contents of the dish. We then had the small plate rack of lamb (3 lollipops) and the tuna tartar. Both dishes were superb: well presented, well prepared, and very tasty. We did succumb to the Bread Pudding dessert in spite of our best intentions. I am not a bourbon drinker but the sauce on the bread pudding is outstanding!

We were celebrating our 40th Anniversary at one of our favorite Annapolis restaurants and, as usual, the food and service was excellent. If you haven't been here, you are missing out!

Been here several times as my husband works in the building. Food and service have always been excellent. Most recently I met friends who came from DC and northern Va and they said it was definitely worth the drive. We will be coming back!

Great after we requested a table by the window. We were being seated far from the view and immediately requested a move. We were accommodated since there were many tables at windows open.

Excellent service, good food, great location with amazing views of Annapolis and the water. Menu and decor are a bit dated - feels a little like 80s.

I took my Goddaughter to Carrol’s Creek Cafe for her birthday dinner. We enjoyed our meal. The food was very good. I got the mushroom risotto and my Goddaughter had the crab cakes with shrimp. The food was freshly prepared and presented beautifully . We shared the bread pudding, which was just okay, definitely not a highlight. We found the bread pudding too be too dense for a yummy bread pudding. We will definitely come back to Carrol’s Creek Cafe as the overall quality of service and food were good.

The ambience and the food were exceptional as always. I also have to say that our server was one of the best I have ever had ❣️

Celebrated Aunt’s 90th Birthhday with four female cousins.’we were a major pain as several of us had menu restrictions, we arrived at different times, and we constantly ordered more drinks and other items. Catalino was an amazingly knowledgeable server who was so kind and patient with all our requests. The food was very good, and considering how much we drank and ate, the bill was very reasonable. Well Done!

I've been coming here on and off for 20 years and it's really improved over time. The restaurant sits right on the water and every table has a view into Annapolis Harbor. The food is great (try the crab cakes, of course).
