We had a great waitress with service that was nicely paced and informed. The food was excellent.
Restaurant was extremely busy as it was parents w/e at the Naval Academy. Service was quite slow but when we did get our food it was excellent!! Would definitely return.
We changed our reservation 3 times and Carpaccio could not have been more gracious. The place was absolutely packed yet they made room for us - the service was amazing and the food just wonderful. I don't know of many restaurants that could be that slammed yet do such wonderful work. Many places in Annapolis but this is truly our top pick.
Stopped in before a Navy game. We often sit at the bar and have a meal while watching sporting events. Great food, good wine list and great service.
Excellent food, drinks and service. Everything was handled perfectly, from our late arriving guests to the timing of interactions with staff. The food quality and presentation were perfect.
The food was good and the portion size was good. We had food to take home. The restaurant was loud and the service was on the slow side. We were celebrating a birthday.
Birthday celebration...complete with a complimentary slice of cake👍🏼
Food is consistently good. Great wine list. Great menu selections.
Carpaccio never disappoints. Thfantastic.e food and the service are always
Delicious food, lovely service, beautiful interior!
The food is good but I think their prices are pretty outrageous for the amount of food.
Eat here often and have been coming for years. Consistent, good quality and very flavorful food. We love the flavors, cuisine and atmosphere. Never disappoints.
We live in Alexandria and were headed to a concert in Annapolis. To save time and hassle, I searched for the nearest restaurant to the venue. The menu looked great, and the food was fabulous. Seemed like a casual neighborhood hit. Even at 6:15 on an August Sunday the place was buzzing.
Our food was perfectly prepared
Loved our dining experience.
Very attentive when we arrived
Service slowly decreased as the evening wore on
Bolognese was excellent! And enough for 2 meals! After dark around the fountain you could
just about feel you were in Rome!
My wife and I recently visited Carpaccio Tuscan Kitchen for the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised. The food and service were excellent. Had a 14-ounce steak that was a special item that night and it was the best steak I've ever eaten. We loved everything about our meal and our dining experience. This is now our favorite Italian restaurant in the DC Area.
Excellent service and a very good chicken parmesan.
Service was incredibly slow - waited long time to have order taken - server was apologetic and presented us with a cannoli on the house without our asking.
Took 2 hours to get our dinner. Kitchen was easy too slow. Manager never acknowledged us.
The service was so disorganized. The wait staff had no idea which tables they were responsible for. Every table around us outside sat for 20-30 minutes before anyone came to take the drink orders and when they finally brought the drinks, the orders were all wrong. It took an extraordinary amount of time for the food to come out as well, but when it did, the food tasted very good.
Love this place! They always have good food, drinks, and service!
Birthday. Great food and service, but on the loud side of volume.
Been there a number of times and was a little disappointed this trip. Our waitress was courteous and professional but went missing for long stretches even at the end of the evening when the crowd had thinned. Our food took a while to come out and seemed as though it may have sat under the warming lights for too long as the veal was overdone.
It took a while for our food to be served but the manager a Mr. Russo, could not have been nicer and personally made sure we were properly taken care of.
Reserved a booth & had to insist on an open booth. Hostess wanted to seat us @ at table in front on restroom. Food came out & then our table was not checked on for 15 minutes. Plates sat way too long & took another 15 minutes to get our check.
Good wine, good service, tasty food, great atmosphere!
Made a reservation and was seated promptly. Waited 15 minutes for water. After 20 minutes and no waiter, we left. I won’t ever be back.
It’s sad because it’s a great location and food is decent, and we’re almost regulars here (eat about once a month). This has happened once before with outside service. That time I finally went up and asked for a waiter - who said “no one told me this was my table.” Seems to be poor communication between hostess and wait staff or front of house management. What’s worse is that no one seems to care or notice. Passed by multiple bus staff, waiters and two hostesses who just ignored the fact that we’d been sitting there for so long. Hostess was also oblivious. No sense of accountability which tells me it’s probably a crappy place to work.
This is by far my favorite Italian restaurant in Annapolis. We had the carpaccio appetizer and a pizza and delicious wine. The service is always outstanding. I can't wait to go back.
Nothing special. Just dinner and chatting before a show.
The food was very fresh and the bread was outstanding!
We were on stop over in Annapolis and were a couple blocks away. Service very good and food was outstanding! A bit pricey but very good
We had an enjoyable dinner. I am always annoyed when I hear a waiter at another table introduce more of Tonight's Specials. Also, our waiter seemed to lose interest when we showed no interest in drinks or wine. Yet, the overall service was good, and the food was very good! I'll go back soon..
We decided to try a new restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. When we pulled up and no valet just a sign to go the Westin Hotel for valet parking, plus no price on the restaurant sign about the cost of valet parking. And I checked the web site and no information of were to park and/or cost.
The meal starts with pizza bread that was delicious. We had the small Tuscan Market Platter and it was very good and just the right size for 2. My husband had the Veal Parmigiana and it was excellent. I had the Linguine Alle Vogole and it was bad. The was salty and vinegary as I am guessing the Trebbiano wine was old and should not have been used. I should have sent back but ate the clams and nothing else. The dessert was a toasted almond cake and excellent. Our waitress was Danielle was good.
We were talking about coming back for happy hour and then we paid the valet parking fee of $14.00 for 1 to 4 hours and if you stay after 4 hours $30.00. The restaurant does not validate parking.
I would recommend if you are think about going there to park on street (hard to find), park across the street for $8.00 less than the Westin or park some other place and take a Lyft. And for the restaurant would recommend be upfront about the parking.
Excellent food. So good, with more than ample servings.
The food and wine were delicious. The kitchen made changes to the dishes ordered without hesitation. A wonderful meal.
Great food. I love the location and atmosphere. I will recommend to my friends.
The food overall was good - the marinara dinner bread they served was outstanding, as were the meatballs. The Oysters Rockefeller were okay, but too cheesy. However, the biggest negative of this place is that the service was poor. The server provided ample attention to my dinner guest and none to myself. My dinner guest and I have different ethnic backgrounds. The food was good, but, there are a lot of good Italian places, many that treat all customers equally. This restaurant isn't special enough to overlook the poor service.
We sat outside very nice shaded and a breeze. The street was a little noisy traffics but you would expect that.
Crab avocado mango tower very good. Panzanilla salad also very good. Veal Annapolis small portion I still had 1/2 left again very good. My husband had fish he said is was good but the side dish was gritty. Dessert was on the house it was my birthday Tiramisu amazing. Should have taken pics. Will defiantly return.
Please is Outstanding highly recommend. Wife wanted to dine outside it was a perfect night. Food was excellent
