Unfortunately we were very disappointed. Your website advertises date night for $69.99 but does not have a day on it and apparently it is on Tuesdays and there was nothing they could do for us. We found the waitress rude and seemed like she really hated her job. Overall our experience was terrible.

Server was not well trained properly. Did some rude things which I think she was not aware of. For example, did not know that it is impolite if someone is paying for a group to show everyone the total bill. Also, did not know that they served Italian beer or that Stella Artois was not an Italian beer. Owner/Manager was very good and came by to see how things were going. But didn't realize that some in his staff did not know how to serve. Beef Carpaccio came to table frozen. Food was okay.

This restaurant is modern but still has a nice family-style feel - the ricotta-filled gnocchi are hand-made by the owner's wife, and our server Donna made us feel like we were in someone's kitchen.

We enjoyed a fabulous meal to include excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere. They have options for larger private parties too. The gnocchi melts in your mouth!

We made our reservation thru open table but when we got there I do not think they were expecting us. They seated us in a back room all by ourselves although the time that we were there it seemed that there were plenty of empty tables in the main dining area. I felt a bit isolated.
That evening open table tells us that we did not show up for our reservation.

The food and service were very good.

Disappointing, primarily due to our server. My husband and I have enjoyed several evenings at Carpaccio's where the servers really made the night. As such , I invited an old friend for what we hoped would be a leisurely dinner. The server clearly did not grasp that concept and seemed determined to rush us, despite the fact the restaurant was not busy. He actually started off by immediately clearing away an unfinished cocktail that I had carried from the bar😨 Rather than take the opportunity to engage us and perhaps create an opportunity to make suggestions, he just seemed to circle relentlessly until we ordered. We enjoyed our meal and as we live locally, I'm sure we will return, but will hopefully get one of the more seasoned servers we've previously had. Thank you.

The food was incredible, both the pasta dishes and the filet. Ambiance somewhat contemporary but very cozy at the same time. Service was excellent with an added touch provided at no charge for our special occasion.

Booked two days before we went for 15 people. The service was outstanding from the start. They gave us a nice private room too. Will definitely go back!

We had a great dinner here. This is a nice getaway from the Niagara Strip, about 10min from the Falls. Our waiter was exceptional. Good food. I enjoyed the seafood pasta. One thing that was odd is they brought out 3 arancini for a table of 4. That aside, we very much enjoyed our special event evening. And they also pay taxi fare back to hotels, which is thoughtful. Recommended!

Carpaccio was delicious! My boyfriend and I were planning to visit Niagara for a birthday weekend getaway. I was looking for a nice Italian restaurant (his fav) that wasn't necessarily in the main tourist area of the Falls. After researching on Open Table and reading the reviews, I decided to schedule a reservation for Carpaccio. The food was authentically amazing and the service was great. I am not a big Italian fan but Carpaccio exceeded my expectations for Italian cuisine. They even brought my boyfriend out a birthday dessert.... the perfect icing on the cake.

We like this restaurant and the food is always great. Great service also.
We were there on Saturday June 10 and it got a bit noisy due to a lot of people
dining. It was a busy evening . They have a nice sitting area outdoors that I might try next visit nice for a quick drink and maybe food. Also have outdoor dining area.
Over all very nice

Tried this spot for a blind date. Fortunately the restaurant was far and away better than the date. Oh well, c'est la vie! Service was excellent...friendly and professional. Food was delicious, try the salmon as a main course . Perfectly prepared. A standard house salad but fresh and crisp. Don't recommend the salted caramel and mocha tart for dessert...cloyingly sweet choose an Italian specialty instead. Of course I would dine here again in a minute.

The quality of the food and service easily make this one of the best places to dine in Niagara falls. Good value for the exception food. We had the Caesar salad, the best around!, Bruschetta with avocado was amazing. For the main course we thoroughly enjoyed the Veal masala and the pork tenderloin with Gnocchi. Home made and delicious! It was a double anniversary celebration and our server Jim provided outstanding service! He made it a special occasion for all of us.

Went with friends and had a great time. Our waiter, Jimmy, was very helpful and could take our joking and was able to hold his own with his responses. The food was great, appetizers were delicious, the entrée, no matter what was ordered, between steak, veal parm and seafood aribbiata was spectacular and dessert, crème bruela and deep fried bread pudding was scrumptious. All food was a surprise in that it was far more tasty than we had expected. Jimmy was asked for recommendations and his choices were spot on. We will definitely be making this place a place we will put high on our list of restaurants that we will return to. The only draw back was the ambiance and high noise level. I felt the restaurant was a little too utilitarian with the openness of the tables and chairs. Place seemed to be too open and stark, could use a little bit more coziness. High noise level was from one table close to us, where patrons were just too loud and didn't seem to care how they affected everyone around them. Not the restaurants problem just ignorant people. The food and service overshadowed those negatives. Now that we have "discovered" this place we will be returning. The prices were a touch on the high side. One suggestion was to have your tourist prices where they are and have a hidden locals price only if asked. Some other Niagara Falls restaurants have this policy, but you will only get it if you ask.

This was our second time visiting in less than two years. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, the excellent service by our server Taylor. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and engaged with our likes and choices, etc. We will be back again next time we are in the Niagara area. Our children, eleven and seventeen also appreciate fine dining, quality food and unique dishes that are your signature. Thank you!!!!

Best to go after 7p.m. to avoid noisy groups. Seating for 2was spacious and separate from fellow diners. Waiter was knowledgeable and attentive . Courses were spaced out nicely. Food was very good , as was the presentation. Recommend this restaurant highly.

But even before that the hostess greeted us and sat us at a cozy booth. The server was knowledgeable and friendly. The food was fantastic we all shared the meatballs, Caesar salad, caprese salad and a meat lovers pizza. Portions and flavours were on point we will definitely come back
