It was out first time experience and was very good. Waiter was very helpful and courteous. Food was great also quantity was also enough for a person.

It was a pleasant experience the only thing I could complain about would be I had a reservation and I still had to wait to be seated

Good dining experience

Carousel is a family favorite and I was sharing it with a friend who had never been. We came for patio dine in service during the Covid-19 pandemic and were extremely happy with all of the precautions the staff were taking to ensure safe dining. All hosts, servers, cooks, bus boys, etc. wore masks, face shields, and gloves (even the staff behind the bar/in the kitchen who were having no direct contact with guests). As always the food was stellar and the service was so kind and accommodating.

Parking was easy to find for a Sunday. Food is excellent and the atmosphere great. A bit pricey but worth it. Outside seating too.

Great Middle Eastern fare. We made a complete meal from 5 appetizers. And incredible desserts.

Great food an waiter was great.

The ambiance was fantastic and the food was delicious. Portions are filling. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be returning!

Family gatherings, birthdays etc

This dining experience would have easily been 5 stars were it not for the confusion about my OpenTable reservation (it was not initially acknowledged when I arrived; therefore a "no show" notice). The food was very good (the lamb excellent, the frog legs super tasty) and our wait staff top notch. The Lentil soup was a delight and the "small" serving could have easily served two. It's well worth a return visit!

Very authentic Mediterranean restaurant with many choices. Our server, Freddie was very attentive. The appetizers are good and varied, The kebee is delicious. The shish kebobs are yummy with the pilaf.

If you like middle eastern food--Armenian, Lebonese, Turkish, this is the place for it.
The food is outstanding and authentic.

There were four of us and we all agreed that it was wonderful. We mostly ordered
appetizers , and there are lots to choose from. All very good.

The service was good and the ambiance comfortable.
Prices are reasonable and the value is there.

I would highly recommend this restaurant and will return again.

Food was tasty but on the pricier side. Our server, Bassam, was very attentive and helpful for suggestions. I was there for a late lunch and it was still busy so it was quite loud. Also, there were small bugs flying around.

Sorry, no pics. I took friends who had never been there. Steak tartar, Muhammad’s, kibbee, chicken/lamb/beef kebabs. All great but if you just order mezzes that’s really the way to go - best. I did not have any liquor but my friends said their martinis were quite good.

Superb customer service paired with great ambiance and delicious food. Everything was fresh and vibrant with flavorful. I loved that people were celebrating Eid and birthdays all under one roof. If you pull up for a birthday, don’t sleep on the song they play over the speakers for you.

Pro tip: order the grilled Halloumi, an off-the-menu dish.

Great place to host business meetings or small group seminar. Food is great and service is efficient.

only knocked a star for ambience because it can get REALLY loud when they are singing happy birthday to someone (which happened three times when we were there). great energy, and amazing food...vegan friendly!!!

Been coming to Carousel Restaurant for many years. It’s without a doubt my favorite restaurant in Los Angeles. The food is delicious and consistent. The service impeccable. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Good delish the service always sooo slow and it was t even busy?

We went here based on our hotel concierge and since she was Armenian, I trusted her recommendation. The food was great, we both had the lentil soup and cabbage salad to start. It was so yummy. My husband had the lamb chops which were so delicious and tender I wished I order that dish. I had a dish that was one of their specialties and it was flavorful and tender as well. The ambiance is nice and cultural. The service is great, I would definitely recommend.

It's a great restaurant. The service is excellent as is the food. It was a little noisy so that you had to talk loud to be heard. I would highly recommend it.

We went there to celebrate my bday and i couldn’t believe that they charged for the candle. Come on that’ should be part of the customer service. Besides that I like the food and the service was great.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I ordered two appetizers - a sausage dish and chicken shawarma (sp?). The sausage was just awful and the chicken, while flavorful, was very dry. I had heard great things about this place being the definitive destination for Armenian cuisine, but honestly it was quite possibly the worst meal I've eaten in a very long time. Maybe ever! I won't be going back.

Outstanding atmosphere and delicious Lebanese tabula, fattoush, hommos, chicken beasts cubes(shish kabab, and kush kush. Service is excellent as well.
