Carolina always delivers a Michelin quality experience. The passion and creativity of the chef and team are really lovely and the local ingredients and interpretations of traditional regional cuisines are superb. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent food and service. Recommend the wine paring if you feel like splurging. Otherwise just grab a bottle of white wine and you should be good.

If you are in Punta Mita, Carolina is a MUST! The food is stellar! Not only were we beyond thrilled to see our favorites still there (we love Alberto!), but also lovely to meet new people who made our experience beyond imagination (Ezequiel and Adrian). Was also great to meet the new chef and be able to visually see his love for creating innovative and delicious dishes. Everyone is beyond kind, food is amazing, and the level of detail and care is so wonderful to see. Clearly, we are Carolina fans and will come back whenever we have the opportunity. Thank you again to all, giving us another special and memorable evening! ❤️

We were supposed to be at the Four Seasons for dinner but a snafu resulted in us landing here. Once again, the universe guides you to where you should be. Staff was amazing. The food was impeccable and well presented. An exceptional culinary experience. Highly recommend.
