Milwaukee's premier steakhouse, Carnevor is one of Wisconsin’s most acclaimed fine dining destinations.     Had the composed plate with filet mignon, because I’m not a huge steak eater. It was good, but the twice baked potatoes had corn in them which I didn’t like. The two other diners had steaks which were very good.

    Octopus Appetizer was good. Bone-In Ribeye was very good. Truffle Mashed were SUPER!!!! Service was On-point - 8 people severed me through my meal!! Very Nice!

    Overall experience was great. Service was extraordinary! I would recommend spending a little extra to enjoy the dry aged and "reserve cut" options. Waitresses knowledge of wines and their overall selection of spirits was a plus. Also ordered steak tartare, tuna tartare, truffled mash potatoes (amazing) and brussel sprouts. Will definitely be coming back.

    Michael and the entire serving team did another exceptional job. Great steaks and sides. One of the best restaurants in the Midwest.

    The food was okay I wasn’t blown away! Steak color came out perfect just no flavor , octopus had a very nice char ,steak tartar was honestly the best thing I had there!
