   Was great! We got a table right away. They came to take drink and side orders and within 10mins we had them. They were on top of us and as far as I could tell every other table as well. We never had to flag down a waiter/waitress. They came with refills of drinks and sides before we even asked for them. Everything was perfect! All the staff was cheerful and on the ball.

   While the food was excellent, the service was extremely poor. We had to ask to order drinks, and never did the waitress come with water, not once. When booking, I had requested a high chair and booster seat. Neither were at our table upon arrival. We had to request that our table be cleared of empty plates 3 times before it was actually done. We had a party over 8 which means an automatic 18% gratuity. I'm totally fine with that, but come on, do your job at the very least. The manager dealt with our complaint the best he could, but this doesn't make the fact that our server was terrible, any better. I have been to Carnaval a few times before, always with great service. This was some of the party guests' first experience, which did not leave a good first impression. Please ensure your servers can actually serve!

   I had heard that the brazilian bbq experience was something to be tried and I do love meat, so I thought why not. All you can eat isn't really my main interest, and well, I didn't eat too much. I found the atmosphere very chain restaurant like, and the meat left a lot to be desired as I prefer my steaks rare. It seemed dry and bland: salt is an ok thing, but there wasn't much taste. The bbq pork was the standout, the bacon wrapped chicken was horrible. I wouldn't go again, but I can at least say ive been there.

   Lovely dinner. It was freezing in side but it was also the coldest day of the year and they have lots of windows. Atmosphere could be more upscale especially for the price. Would go again but in the summer when I could enjoy the views better and spend more time on the patio etc.

   Excellent food, wonderful ambiance, and outstanding service. It made our special occasion/birthday a spectacular time! The star of the meal, the 13 different types/cuts of expertly prepared meat, were served in a timely and efficient manner. Highly recommended to ALL carnivores. You leave REALLY happy and FULL!    We realize we were dealing with extremely cold weather but everyone wore their coats. They brought out a heater and shut the blinds. Felt like we were in an ice fishing shack. Meat was mediocre at best. Rissoto and roast veggies were good. Fried ice cream was the only highlight. Service was slow. Advertised 3 free refills on pop but charged for second ginger ale.

   This was my family's and my fist time dining at Carnival - we treated our parents for their 40th Wedding Anniversary! The service was outstanding, menu amazing and food was phenomenal!! The ONLY downside was that it was freezing cold (not the staffs fault!) and my parents has to eat with their jackets on..they did bring over a heater for us - again, outstanding service!! But everyone in the restaurant was so cold we had to close all of the blinds to keep the heat in, taking away from the GORGEOUS views!
