I went during peak time and during peak season with the Honda Classic Taking place.
Staff was stretched thin..Service was choppy.
Food was good, my only disappointment was heirloom tomatoes caprese. Presentation changed since last time..
Last time I received yellow, green and deep red tomatoes cut rustic.
This time I received paper thin sliced vine ripe tomatoes
It was just ok..
I will repeat when not so hectic.
Fish did not taste fresh.
Food was excellent. However waiter was l as than mediocre and not attentive. Other tables near us had fiffetent waiters who were much more knowledgeable attentive and professionablr. Our waiters name was Johnson and I would never let him go so on us again

It was not crowded so we had a quiet table in the back as I had requested. One of the guests with us complained about the freshness of the leafy vegetables. She was offered a free dessert as an apology.
Ambiance was outstanding. It was just what we were looking for. Boats and inter coastal waterways. A nice treat. The food was also very good! I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for good seafood or sushi.
Very pleasant but overworked waiter...still waiting to hear the specials or get a roll! First course and sushi were pretty good. Had the grouper as recommended and it was virtually flavorless. Have been to Carmine’s Trattoria and had high expectations that were not even close to being met.
Great location, good service, but we waited 30 mins past our reservation to be seated and the food took over an hour.
Happy Hour at the bar was great, Sylvia is always a wonderful bartender.
For dinner, there were too many dining tables, ours was up against a wall to the next building over and was very dark. They were very busy & service was poor. Even though they acknowledged twice we were there for a birthday celebration, they never offerred desert or came back to our table after dinner was served. Felt they overbooked for the size of the restaurant and kitchen.
The service was perfunctory at best but would have been acceptable if the food was good, but it was most assuredly not. The miso sea bass should be marinated with a delicate taste. But the fish was a rubbery slab covered with a gooey miso flavoured glop. The Asian Pear salad was bland with the only flavor coming from the candied walnuts. Find someplace else.
Terrible service. Offered complimentary drinks which was very nice. But did not make up for the problems of getting a waiter and long wait for food.
