Great time with family!
My server was very rude and my food was nasty. Would never come to this location again
The pasta was disappointing
Probably the worst pasta in a good class Italian restaurant
The boloñesa meat sauce was very acid
The oil garlic sauce pasta with shrimp was absolutely watery, it look that the chef let the majority of the pasta boiling water inside the pasta and was not drained so the flavor was almost non existing
The food was so bad that we sido not finish and we took it to the hotel but we even did not prove it next day
Worst Carmine experience and I have been in other locations like Saint Louis where it was perfect
Vey bad restaurant in Las Vegas at Caesar’s Palace the forum
Servers were ok, but thought since we were celebrating a birthday they would be more energetic & try to make the experience more memorable, like the staff at Carmine’s in NYC. Food was just delicious and definitely can’t beat the price!
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER
Great place to eat. Food is fantastic, family style serving plenty of food. Servicewas great and very accomidating.
Always a great time!! Excellent food and equally excellent service!!
Our waiter was AMAZING and the food was beyond words.
Great food, fun atmosphere and a very nice server
Loved it! We left a lot on the table eating family style for two. It would be nice if some bread was included with the salad or pastas so that we wouldn’t need to order the huge family style serving. We will definitely be back
Food and service was excellent. Portions are very large because you must remember this is a family style restaurant. Order accordingly.
Jessica was a great server! She was very nice, funny and helpful with recommendations for our party! Thanks again!
Birthday weekend in Las Vegas! Slow service at first due to volume of guests which was expected in a post-Covid environment. Christopher was our waiter and even when he was delayed in getting to us he made a point to stop by the table to apologize and explain. He also gave great background info on the restaurant chain. Food was delicious and very well worth the wait! Would definitely recommend and try at other locations!
What a fantastic evening! Great ambiance, no wait for our reservation, and great service throughout. Our server gave a great menu recommendations throughout the meal. The food was everything I expected and more. Don’t miss the cannolis on your visit!
Went on 6/9/21 for dinner, waited about 15 mins for our table. The place was nearly full & lively. The menus were on QR code, so had to scan those. The “family style” servings inspire you to order 1 entree for 2 persons. We ordered 9 oz Chianti each, and sipped on that while we waited...waited , waited for our food to come out....the Manager came by to apologize. It was Lemon chicken piccata & order of angel hair pasta/, in a bed of seared spinach & it was hot, tased great and plenty for 2 persons. Our waiter vanished a couple of times but re-appeared in time to serve us the dish. Overall, very good food, service so-so & kind of loud atmosphere.
The best Italian restaurant I ever had with my family.
Fabulous food and David answered all of our questions.
Best place in Las Vegas. Recommend to all my friends. Wonderful. I always love it❤️
Nice experience. Food pretty good. The tiniest water glasses ever.
Amazing on all fronts! The meat balls , Marsala , garlic bread all amazing
Atmosphere, service and amazing food!! So glad we ate here!!
Great food ... ambiance and service!!!!
Great food as usual, our waiter Kevin was fantastic!! Not 100% open as far as tables. But business was good and no table was empty.
I’d recommend Carmines here in Vegas or any of their locations for great Italian food!!
Did not know it was family style - food mediocre sorry!
Great stuff loved it
Will go back
Food is excellent. We had the chicken parmigiana and angel hair with alla vodka sauce. There were only two of us. I would have loved to have a Caesar salad but my husband doesn’t eat it and I wasn’t paying $30+ for a salad I would never eat myself. I wish there was that option to get a side salad. Other than that though, it’s one of our favorite places to eat when we come to Vegas.
This was our first time at Carmine’s in Las Vegas. It was just as good as the NJ location and maybe even better. The eggplant and dishes we ordered were delicious. The service was good and you get plenty of food to take back with you. It is a good idea to make the reservation at least a day in advance, especially for weekends.
Large portion sizes that can easily feed multiple people and great service!
Caesar Salad, Calamari, and the Ravioli!! Absolutely superb! We had 11 in our group, we got 2 salads, calamari, and 3 entrees. Plenty of food!! Didn’t care for the Chicken Marsala and the Ragu was So-so. Will go back again and again for that Calamari and the Ravioli!!
Everything was delicious and Huge!! Its pretty difficult to judge scale with the photos on the website, but all the plates sizes will easily feed 4 to 6 people. Service was top notch and very friendly. Looking forward to having leftovers.
Average Italian food served family style. Nothing special, a bit pricey
Great place for large families and groups. Family style Italian.
We’d planned to have a small 50th bday recognition with dessert but the transfer between the greeter and the waiter seemingly didn’t happen. Also the food portions are way too large for “feeds 2-3people” and so much went to waste as the hotels fill the refrigerators with “snacks” that you can’t even take leftovers with you. I’d say the lemon chicken feeds more like 4 and the meatballs 6.
Food was very good, but very few shrimps were in our shrimp scampi, and very little broccoli in our rigatoni with broccoli. Service was good but not great. I had wanted to take home my leftovers, but waiter had already taken away the plate and had put plates on top of it. Noise level made it a little hard to have a conversation, but the place was packed. Our espresso martinis were deliciious.
Even though prices seem high, you get a lot of food for the money. One dish feeds 3 to 4. Seafood mix wasn't what I expected. Should have asked. Shrimp, mussels, clams, calamari and a whole lobster cut in half, however probably 90% of tail meat was missing. Body, claws and 1 inch of the end of tail was in the bowl. I'd say 5 to 6 oz of meat from a whole lobster 🦞
Used open table for reservations and we were seated right away. Big family style portions were a lot for two people but everything was delicious. Recommend the cannolis!
Great food and great service!
Had a nice time. Not able to use bday coupon so that was frustrating, but the meal was lovely
Chose to eat at Carmine’s after a search of reviews of different restaurants in Las Vegas that had availability for this night. We had a family party of five which was a small family reunion. We were all overjoyed with the food which is all served family style. An entree has 3-4 servings. The Calimari was the best we ever had. Caesar salad, Rigatoni pasta with meatballs and sausage, and eggplant parmigiana were out of this world. Our table was in a great location (although it had a little wobble) and our waiter was friendly and efficient. The price was reasonable for the atmosphere and the amount of food you get. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Super impressed. Service was excellent and the food was primo.
