Carmine's - Las Vegas

Very slow. Took an hour to get desert. They provide a 20% discount, which they said was the "locals discount". Most places would just have given the desert for free (or more). Bread pudding was incredible, but it shouldn't take an hour.
If you are looking for traditional Italian dining, this this your place! Awesome family style food, very good. Would highly suggest! Get a reservation as it is very busy.
Great service. Good food. Can’t go wrong with Carmine’s!
We ordered a salad $31.95 meant for at least 4 ppl...suppose to have meat-cheese-olives among other things
When received the salad it was a large plate of lettuce with hardly anything on it ....1 OLIVE
There are so many amazing places in Las Vegas to eat
I would recommend anywhere else
Carmine’s never disappoints! Delicious food and enjoyable ambiance!
Colin from Chicago was a terrific server— knowledgeable and a hard worker.
Was so good! Food was amazing (we got the spaghetti and meatballs) and service was really good.
Only thing to note is portions are large (family style) - so if you're ordering for just two make sure to take note! We split the meatballs and had enough left for a take home portion (would have been perfect for 3-4 people)
Great Food and Servive
Portions are Huge
It was a decent meal but definitely overpriced.
Pleasantly surprised with Carmine’s! Wanted Italian on our last night in Vegas and got reservations at Carmine’s. The Carmine salad is amazing and just full of fresh vegetables and the dressing is perfect. We ordered marinara and meatballs with pasta and it did not disappoint! Both the salad and pasta would serve 3-4 adults, the portions are huge!
Typical perfect Carmine’s night...service was great, food was outstanding, atmosphere perfect and the decor is spot on. You feel like you at their New York locations. Thanks for the wonderful dinner
The food and service was phenomenal! Portions were almost too big- highly recommend Carmine’s.
Service was good. Food was overpriced and very bland. Don’t order the lasagna.
First time eating here. Friends were visiting and they wanted Italian. There were eleven of us in the group. They seated us right at the entrance, right across from the host stand. This meant every person who walked gawked at our table. I really didn’t like where we were sitting. The food portions were huge. We liked the linguini with clams so much we ordered a second serving.
We ordered two entrees for our group - both came out warm. Really no excuse.
The ambiance was exactly what we were looking for. Family style, hustle and bustle but relax and leisurely. The family style dinning was a lot of fun.
Excellent place. Always love it here. Service and food were great
I LOVE Carmine's New York! Never had a problem there. I've been to Carmine's @ Caesar's Palace before but sat in the bar for a drink and appetizer. This was the first time dining in restaurant. I made reservations month's in advance of stay. I was a party of two. We were seated in the back of the restaurant right next to the large party area (last table before the connecting tables). There was a convention of doctor's that they were setting up for that created a lot of foot traffic right next to our table (a person passed our table approximately 30+ times) and then the noise level with all the parties around us was so loud I could not talk to my friend. We mentioned it to our server. A person came over that did not introduce themselves and said our server mentioned we had a problem with our table (this was about 15 minutes before all the parties were sat). He indicated things should get settled now that everything was almost finished being set up). He didn't apologize, nor did he offer us another table. My friend and I ordered the zucchini as an appetizer and the Penne Vodka with Chicken for a meal. Since the dining is family style, its hard to order for just a party of two but going in, I knew that and was okay with it until the above occurred. Out the door with tip was $110. Do you think I got my monies worth for some chicken and pasta we could have had anywhere? You decide!!
Made a reservation for 2 on Valentine's day. Got seated as soon as we got there. Service was awesome. First time being there so our server walked us through ordering our meal. A little complicated to get to because its location is in The Forum Shops at Caesars.
Our party of 9 had a wonderful evening of trying new things on the menu and enjoying the company and making memories! We started off with a bottle of Kiante and Carmine’s Salad. Moved on to beef tenderloin, veal Marsala and spaghetti with meatballs. Finished our night with the Titanic dessert and strawberry shortcake! We all left full and all enjoyed each minute we spent together!
We had the artichoke appetizer that was good but the eggplant parmigiana was way too salty and inedible. The rigatoni and broccoli had s bad after taste. The manager took them off our bill and gave us complimentary canollis. We won’t be going back.
We are big fans of Carmine's in NYC and DC, and the Las Vegas location had the same high quality food and service- just a perfect way to have a lovely family style meal!
We celebrated a 60 birthday with 10 people and at first where Carmines put us up at the front reception I was disappointed in the location, but in the end it all turned out. Food and Service was wonderful. Thank you for a great evening.
Not our first time there.. first rate food and service.. great price. highly recommend
Carmine's Las Vegas is, in my opinion, the best Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas. It is identiical to the Manhatten property and evokes all the atmosphere of that location. I would eat there 3 times a weeks
we had the rigatoni in vodka sauce and we has the calamari was wxcellent
We have gotten together at Carmine's with friends during our trade show a number of times and have enjoyed it every time.
Celebrated my sister’s 60th birthday and this was one of the restaurants we chose to eat at. Her actual birthday dinner was On Top of the World at Statosphere ...disappointed. Carmine’s would have been the place...excellent food...variety...and ambiance !!!! Highly recommend this very friendly family style serving experience!!!
My boyfriend and I were looking to have a date night while out in Vegas over the weekend and wanted to have a nice dinner, we stumbled upon Carmine’s online and we were by no means disappointed!! The food was amazing, the wine was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly!! We will be returning next time we make it out there!!
Lasagna was warm, not hot when served. Great manager and waiter!
The only thing was that no icecream for children’s. It was not good. But the food and environment is wonderful!
This was our second time at the LV Carmine’s. We had the chicken parmigiana and angel hair with alla vodka sauce. Absolutely delicious!!
Started off with an extremely rude waitress. She refused a request for a larger glass of water.
Appears to be geared towards a tourist clientele.
Food was nothing extraordinary and nothing compared to true italian food and service.
Waiter said each plate serves 3-4. We had 6 people, so ordered 2 plates plus appetizer and garlic cheese bread. We had twice as much as we could eat. Plates were about $40 each, apps about $30, drinks about $20. None of us wowed by food, all
Of us thought over salted. I appreciated the family style aspect, but overpriced. Won't return.
We have dined at Carmines in NYC and loved it, but our Las Vegas experience was terrible. Our waiter was abrupt and unfriendly. The service overall was lacking. The food was subpar. I would not return to this location.
Amazing food and great service. Would definitely come back. Server Colin from Chicago was awesome!!!!!
Nice plate , nice people
Great service and meal like always!!!
Classic New York Family style Italian food. Bring your appetite and try the red Sangria.
Not bad, but be prepared to eat a lot. All the plates are family sized and can eat up to 3 people from a single plate
