Carmine's - Las Vegas
Carmine's is a family style restaurant offering exceptional value to its guests through the many dishes of Southern Italian cuisine. Restaurateur Artie Cutler crafted Carmine's with a singular vision; bringing his guests “wow-factor” sized portions and making any meal feel like an Italian American wedding feast.
Platters of made to order antipasto, pasta, decadent seafood or meat entrees, and of course homemade desserts are all staples at Carmine's, meant for sharing among friends and family. When great food and wine are supported by friendly and knowledgeable service, the results are magic - we want every day to feel like a Sunday afternoon at Grandma's!

Excellent meal, good time, great value!
Just like being at their restaurant in New York City.
After enjoying a delicious meal at Carmines in New York a couple of years ago, we were thrilled to learn that there was a Carmines in Las Vegas as well.
We hoped the food and ambiance would be just as good as the Caesar's Las Vegas location. It did NOT disappoint! The service, atmosphere and food were splendid!
It's a delight to see the same consistency at different city locations of of a restaurant. We would highly recommend Carmines!
I knew this was family style, but I wanted leftovers and I was not disappointed. My husband and I took home enough salad and lasagna for another meal. Because this restaurant is designed for groups the noise level is pretty high.
Dexter was a wonderful waiter.
Visiting Vegas and chose Carmine’s - service was outstanding and the food was great.
Very large, family sized portions but very good.
We had a dozen friends get together for a nice meal. With the family format, you need at least 8 persons so that you can taste more than one dish.
My group's favorite items were the garlic cheesey bread, shrimp scampi, manicotti, and salmon and tiramisu.
We all are too much.
Excellent food, pricey but what isnt in Vegas. Definitely would go back!!
Always great at Carmine’s!!! Waiter was awesome!!!
Food and service were fine. But when you are only a party of 2 this place really isn’t worth the price. You get huge portions because it is family style but that also means huge price if you want to try a few things. For example we wanted to tey the side of meatballs. You get 6 huge meat balls…but they were $35 and we each only ate one. So four got thrown away. Huge waste of food. Not sure why they don’t offer half portions for party of 2. Same with the salad. It would have fed 6 people easily but was entirely too much for just the two if us and cost $33. Only way we would go back is with a party of at least 4z
Unfriendly hostess. Food was exceptionally average and bordering on the side of bland.
Amount of food was abundant but quality not so much. Does not
Compare to Carmines in New York
Excellent, I love this restaurant, excellent quality, family style, big portions, good prices, not to be missed
we (4 of us) had the pleasure to have lunch and dinner at two of the restaurants located in Cesar's Palace and by far, Carmines was head and shoulders above Gordon Ramsey's. at Lunch at GR's the appetizer nacho's were soggy. the Lunch burger was small for the price and the bun was stale and buttery to hide the staleness. what a waste of money. by comparison the value received for the delicious Eggplant appetizer, and the Linquinie with Shrimp in a white wine sauce and the Crispy delicious Cesar's salad were all prepared and served as they were supposed to be. Carmine's backed up their price offering with a solid dinner and great customer value whereas GR's missed the target completely.
In this day of people not wanting to work and service lacking, it was wonderful to experience how I remember Las Vegas Dining. Great atmosphere, wonderful food, and most importantly, employees busy and showing genuine care for service and experience. Managers on the floor actually managing and ensuring guest experience. Carmines without a doubt is a place I will be back and will tell as many people as I can that quality service and experience is not dead. Thank you.
Food and service were great. Friendly, quick, hot and delicious. Know that this is a family style restaurant so, portions of everything are meant for sharing (2-4). As a couple, we ate about half of the one entree that we ordered and since we were vacationing and leaving the next morning, we felt bad to have wasted so much. It was great, but we would only go back if we had 3-4 people.
Food was great, service awesome. Even for family style portion were huge. They said serves 2-3, but more like 4. Go as a group n try lots of things. We were group of 10 ordered salad bread n 6 entrees and was way too much food. Highly recommend. Get the shrimp scampi n lasagna.
We enjoyed our food and the service. I will come back again. I will also recommend it my friends visiting Vegas.
Food was amazing! There are a lot of choices in Vegas and we are so glad we made this one!
It is hard to know when u make a reservation that there will be so much food for two people. Plus most people that will dine there are tourists and no choice to take home the leftovers. Plus, it is a waste of a lot of food.
Food tasted like I could make it at home. Would not recommend
Great dinner as always.
Waiter was too busy and must have had too many tables because we saw him when we ordered and then when he brought us the check but someone else brought our food, he just left the pitcher of tea on our table so we refilled our own drinks. But if you’re not too picky about the service the food was AMAZING. Way too much for just the two of us!
After visiting Carmines in NYC numerous times, our experience in Las Vegas was disappointing to say the least.
The food was mediocre, Pasta was undercooked and chewy.
Service left a lot to be desired.
I grew up in NYC and LOVED eating at Carmines - NYC. I've been living in Atlanta for 20 years now and wanted to show my friends a great eating experience in Vegas so we visited Carmine's Las Vegas. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time, but the food wasn't as good as I remembered. The pasta was great, but they were a little light on the seafood. I am not sure if this is due to COVID and the price of food going up but there was very little shrimp in the dish that we ordered and Carmine's normally offers BIG family style portions. Slightly disappointed... but I would go back again and try to rekindle the magic.
Very accommodating for a party of 10, our server (Dexter) was amazing!
I wish that on their website they would have specified that this restaurant is meant for sharing and large groups and not for a romantic date, it was crazy loud, we could not hear eachother at all and the food was over priced and not the best quality
This is our special Italian dinner when we visit Las Vegas. Food was flavorful and robust. Karla was an excellent server and attentive. Polite, cheerful & answered any questions w/o hesitation., she has menu knowledge both in food and wines. Busses are on point to clear dirty dishes & box food. MOD also very good at helping to expo food & drinks. Downside, the hostesses do not call out names loudly or clearly. (Masks) We were waiting by host stand, hostess went into mall & called our name, then came back & set our slip on stand & proceeded to walk away. Our daughter went to stand to inquire of name called, since it was past our reso time, surprise... that was us. They have a strict policy for held tables. Be careful! They do not over seat their servers or slam their kitchen, so you will see empty tables.... but there’s a reason.
Servings are family style and Huge!
For two people It is a lot of food and we had a lot left over. Still worth it. Waitress was exceptional. Very attentive yet not hovering.
This is an outstanding authentic Italian meal. There are so many food options that it is hard to choose your dinner the atmosphere is just as authentic as the food.
Very calm space and ambient
The attention is so good
Family style dining so make sure you don't over order. The food was good and the atmosphere is really cool. Not the best place for a light eater.
Love this restaurant! The food was excellent! Our waitress was so nice! We got the wings which were excellent. Ordered a few meatballs, the spaghetti with the bolognese with was delicious. Always eat at Carmine’s when I visit Vegas. Have never been disappointed.
We were looking god a place to have a reasonable dinner before a show my husband surprised me for my birthday. So happy we found Carmines. The good was excellent (I suggest the Manicotti). Although meals are family style and there were only 2 of us, we almost finished it all…it was that good. Highly recommend Carmine’s!
Server was rude and bothered by our presences… wouldn’t work with us on requests and seemed like we should be clued in on their menu better. Food was bland and not really very good. Maybe just an off night for them.
The food was excellent and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
Excellent all the way around!
