Seats 800 people in an open, dining area to include a balcony level so the high ceilings make the noise worse. This is not the place for an intimate warm comfortable meal. Server was “super swamped” and full of attitude. When a different server was requested she bull dozed her opinion on our party. Fine I will get you another server but to get the food out quickly I will take your order and give you bread. No I want a different server. We had planned for plenty of time so we were in no hurry and just wanted to enjoy dinner. However carmines was intent on feeding us and getting us out so they can reseat the table ASAP. When we received our food it was borderline cold and horribly disappointing. When asked if we enjoyed our meal and we replied no the worker just said oh and went about his business. You might want to look elsewhere if you want to sit back and enjoy the company you are with

Delicious and from when you walk in until you finish the dining experience is like no other in Las Vegas. My ultimate go to dish is Carmine's Eggplant Parm, I also get a side of meatballs and a Garden Salad with their own homemade creamy Italian dressing (sooo delish)

Enjoyed the big portions and quality of food !! They also have an AYCE buffet option that we didn’t try but seems like a great deal if you’re really hungry

We had a great experience at Carmine’s! We reserved a table so only waited a minute to get sat. Our server and the other employees who helped during our meal were on top of everything. The food is the star of the experience though! We will absolutely be back again. Yum!

Service was excellent. Restaurant was fun and inviting but very loud. Salads were great, fried calamari was very good, veal parm was good, chicken parm was just ok, eggplant parm was too mushy.

Our first time eating at this establishment. Everything was great. The only concern was the tables are very close to each other and it’s hard to walk to the restroom. If you are disabled on crutches or have a wheelchair you can’t get through.

They put us upstairs next to a service station. Took 15 minutes before a waiter noticed us! They don’t serve any pasta or salad with most entrees besides like spaghetti, so pretty much crap! No butter or olive oil with bread, cutting corners everywhere, very disappointing! Really only for large groups! DO NOT go here if only two people!
