Food was good as usual. However the front of the house was a nightmare. From the point of trying to be seated. I was told my party was seated already . The funny part is the person who told me that was the same person who checked me in and watched me wait for 20 minutes. The waiter was nice but was overwhelmed with issues. Not once did he fill up or glasses and I had to ask for our food to be plated. Then I’d took 20 mins to get our check which was just thrown on the table. I even asked if I was not important enough to get a book. So after he charged my card he put the receipt in the book. Very bad service !

Had a family dinner here in AC with a group of 16. There was PLENTY of food and everything was delicious. Our waiter was very attentive and everyone had a good time. Great for large parties.

Food and service were great. Family style portions are great. A little noisy but that’s too be expected when dining almost anywhere on a Saturday night. We will definitely be back.

Times and then the manager on duty was checking tables and i ended up getting the water from
Her. And there was a bus boy that kept trying to take our food before we were even finished with it. We will go back again but hopefully the service will be better.

Birthday dinner food was amazing

8 of us dined here Saturday night. The food was mediocre but highly recommend the artichoke starter. Nothing else was noteworthy. The waiter set the tone off poorly when he pushed back a few times on the amount of food we ordered saying that we didn’t order enough. It felt very pushy and made us all feel like we didn’t want to come back again. The other servers were friendly and accommodating so it’s a shame he tainted the evening for us.

We have been going to Tropicana for some time and typically go to Il Verdi, but we were going with a group for a birthday and thought the "family style" and atmosphere would be a better fit. We had a wonderful dinner. Portions are huge and flavors were tasty. A good option for a group.

Started out with a negative but after that everything was great. Has to wait 45 minutes after arriving on time for our 9:00pm reservation. Frustrating. But after being seated everything was wonderful. Great service and food. Value for the money was pretty good.

I had a reservation and it was very crowded. They placed us at a table which was in the walk way which was not acceptable. The manager came to the table and advised that they are booked but he would try to find another table. Within 5 minutes they found another table out of the walk way which was perfect. Our waitress and Randy were excellent hosts which made the reservation even better especially after we had to wait 20 minutes after our 8:30 reservation. Carmine’s cleaned up the evening with excellent service. Thanks for making the night.

Showed up for 7pm reservation a little early. We were seated after 7:30. Girl at reservation stand was rude and ignoring us. We were a party of nine people. Our waitress and food were excellent

I had the best experience. My waiter was hilarious and told jokes to brighten up my tables day. I forgot his name but he was amazing. He made sure we had everything. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Anniversary

Everything was great. Service was wonderful, food was good. We did have a reservation for 8:30 pm and were seated at 8:50 pm. Other than that, everything was great.

my family has been there a couple of times before . food was very good . we went this past week to celebrate my daughters birthday . I was very surprised that the food was not very good .. Very disappointing . Don’t think i will be going back .

Carmine's is almost like being at the dinner table with my Italian family all over again. While it is loud in the restaurant, it's a fun atmosphere, the food is phenomenal, and the staff is friendly. You can tell that they work really hard to make your experience a great one. Not once did I see any of them standing still. They are all helping each other and working hard to make sure that their guests are well taken care of. There are lots of options for food, and the great part is because it is family style, you can sample some of everything. I would definitely return!!
