イタリア系アメリカ人の結婚披露宴で出される料理のスタイルが、Carmine's（カーミンズ）のシンプルで非常に人気のあるコンセプトです。ボリュームのある家庭料理の前菜、パスタ、シーフード、肉料理を取り分け用の大皿で提供しています。メインディッシュは3～4名分あります。Carminesはもともと、マンハッタンのアッパーウエストサイドにあるかつての広いボールルームに立地していました。Peter Niemitzによる設計で、典型的なニューヨークのレストランのイメージを持つ1920年代～1940年代の雰囲気がある内装で、1990年にオープンしたとは思えないほど、昔から続いているようなレストランです。手頃な価格で、ボリュームのある出来立てのイタリアの家庭料理を提供しています。

Fun and delicious food for everyone. I would recommend Carmines to everyone. We’ve been going there for over fifteen years and it keeps getting better.

Been here multiple times and I will say this was the worst experience ! The server was not attentive at all , my pasta noodles were too el dente & my appetizer wasn’t even brought out . No bread nothing . It’s clear they must have a new cook in the kitchen , food taste different .. 5/10

Fourth time visiting Carmines. We come from Ohio to visit our son, and we always choose to come for any occasion. The food and drinks are fabulous. We love the service as well. Will always come back.

The waiters didn't clean the table before the cake serving which was disappointing. The food was great, but the service could have been better.
