Carmine's is a family style restaurant offering exceptional value to its guests through the many dishes of Southern Italian cuisine. Restaurateur Artie Cutler crafted Carmine's with a singular vision; bringing his guests abundant portions and making any meal feel like an Italian American wedding feast.

Platters of made to order pasta, decadent seafood or meat entrees, and of course homemade desserts are all staples at Carmine's, meant for sharing among friends and family. When great food and wine are supported by friendly and knowledgeable service, the results are magic - we want every day to feel like a Sunday afternoon at Grandma's!

We are open for Indoor & Outdoor Dining, Pick-up, Delivery, Catering and Private Parties.

Our signature dishes, including Carmine’s famous Meatballs, Chicken Parmigiana, Veal Marsala, and Shrimp Scampi, will be delivered right to your door. Carmine's Catering offers one-stop shopping. Our full-service Catering Division offers a professional staff, complete set-up and service, rentals, linens, décor, and venue selection. Catering packages or customized menus available.
Private party facilities
Carmine's second floor offers our New Private space The Sinatra Room and semi-private dining in the Jimmy Durante space; with a mahogany bar, coat check and handicap access. The room seats up to 230 guests. Our plush theatrical drapes are perfect for semi-private dining for smaller groups.

Definitely family sized portions. We had 10, and 4 entrees with salad was plenty. Fun atmosphere. Service was excellent.

Family style restaurant: We booked Carmine’s in our recent visit to New York. We were overwhelmed with the amount of people inside the restaurant and was happy that it’s so loved. The food was really good, but and this is not a complaint, but the portions are huge!It was just two of us and we planned to order two different entrees, but seeing the portions come out of the kitchen, we knew we could only settle for one (lasagna)and a single side (roasted potatoes). Would not have been my choice individually. Anywho, the two of us couldn’t finish and we boxed up the leftovers, a great idea if you aren’t a visitor to the city and staying in a hotel, who claimed they don’t have a microwave to heat our goodies up. I digress and have no other complaints. If I was coming with a family of four or more, it would have been a better value.

The decor and vibe were great! The food itself very tasty! The service was eh, did not bring us bread, pushed too much food on us (table of 2), and gave us the wrong check. The family style is too much for a party of 2, I understand that servers need to sell but tables around us clearly were oversold

The food is good. The service was amazing. The issue I had was the atmosphere. I understand it is time square but having it that loud was not pleasant. Also this isn’t a problem with the restaurant itself but I would not suggest eating here with less than 4 people unless yall are really hungry! The servings are family size which they were kind enough to explain before seating :)

Everything during our experience was perfect! Our waiter was so friendly and so helpful the entire time. He went above and beyond during our meal. Everytime we visit New York we will eat here.

For two people one salad and one pasta dish were way too large and much food was wasted as we are on vacation. Carmines should offer half-sized portions for value and limiting waste. I would not return to Carmines without the option of smaller portions.
