Always a wonderful experience with one of the standards for great Italian food with a wonderful staff, gracious hosts and food that is truly outstanding. It is a can't miss place conveniently located near O'Hare and the expressways!
We have dined at Carlucci's in Rosemont, IL repeatedly and ALWAYS have a wonderful experience! Service is exceptional and servers are very knowledgeable regarding the menu and wines. The prices are reasonable for the quality and portions of their entrees. We highly recommend this restaurant!
We went for restaurant week and I thought the food was good and a very good selection for the menu. The restaurant does not have a bathroom in the restaurant and that is very weird as you have to leave the restaurant and walk down a hall to find the bathroom. Not such a great idea. I would go back for restaurant week as this is a very expensive restaurant.
We had a great evening with the best service from Cristina, she made the evening memorable. Food was great as always!
Fabulous place to celebrate a special occasion. The staff was awesome and the food, as always, magnificent!
We always enjoy Carlucci when we travel through Ohare.
Eric the bartender greets us with friendly chat and knows our drink preferences when we walk in the door. A stop in this well stocked and staffed bar is a must before dinner.
The wine list and dining menu are great as well. We highly recommend the pasta dishes and the appetizers are great.
Be sure to leave room for dessert as weLl.
We recommend Carlucci to,friends and family any time they are in Rosemont for travel or a show.
We had a great time. All the food was outstanding, and the service was prompt and very friendly. It was a little noisy during the peak. We wouldn't ordinarily choose Rosemont for dinner because it's a little out of the way, but Carlucci was perfect on this occasion because one of our group landed at O'Hare at 6:45 pm. We reminisced about the Lincolnshire location of many years ago and wish it would return because that spot has become vacant again.
It was awesome . Food delicious, presentation fabulous. It was restaurant week was prettying crowded. But they did a great job. I would highly recommend Carlucci it was fantastic !!!
May have been best veal piccata I've ever had!! Fun place.
Overpriced. The food is stale. The service is ok, but feel very old school.
Our waitress CC was amazing!! Very attentive and provided great suggestions! My husband and I went out for a date night and it happened to be Restaurant Week. The courses were delicious!! CC was very attentive and friendly and helped make the night a great one!
My pasta was not great, really disappointed.
Food is delicious. Service is prompt and friendly.
So disappointing, the food was terrible, not the like the food from several years ago when I lived in Chicago.
The shrimp dish was outstanding I can hardly wait until I go back. The entertainment was wonderful both singers had lovely voices and made for an enjoyable evening.
Service was slow. Food was Ok. Overcharged ya for cocktails after we signed up for 1/2 price martinis they said that was only for house brands. No one ever mentioned that. The manager adjusted our bill but it was disappointing that they would pull a bait and switch like that. Full disclosure of house brands would have been fair and understood but to not explain it and charge full price was sneaky and borderline dishonest:(
Great place to go for lunch or dinner if you're meeting someone near the O'Hare.
Love the food and service here! We sat with one of their longest-standing servers, "Grumpy," and he was great! He even heard me saying happy birthday to my friend and brought out a surprise dessert without us even asking! I had the radiatori pasta, which has an amazing garlic cream sauce, and my friend had the grilled tuna salad - both were perfect and Grumpy is the best!
This is my new favorite restaurant to dine at when coming in through O'Hare! Great food, excellent service, and at a reasonable cost!
Unfortunately I won't be going back to this restaurant. The bread they brought out was stale, the menus were a struggle to read because of a foggy laminate they put on it. The service was decent but the meal was enough for me to decide this was a one and done. My ribeye was placed in a swamp of sauce, the corn souffle was mushy and I didn't even bother with the 4 cherry tomatoes. I'll stick with Gibson's.
A great waitress and waiter
Everything was excellent. Our server Kelly was outstanding!
We were incredible disappointed and had a very poor experience. The service was abysmal, almost non existent. While I realize it was Valentine's Day weekend and expected it to be busy, our waiter was aloof, non customer centric, and clearly couldn't handle his station. It took 20 minutes to get him to stop by our table to order drinks, and we had to flag him down 30 minutes later to order appetizers!
The food was underwhelming at best, and served cold. We spent over $300 for 2 couples and didn't even enjoy ourselves. Carluccis used to be top notch and one of our most favorite restaurants, but it has really gone downhill, in all areas. Sadly, we will not be back...
Everything was excellent! The service was outstanding, CC went above and beyond.
Excellent food decent service. Overall its worth going to for groups. Not the quietest spot for a romantic dinner.
Hostesses fantastic, as were all servers except main waiter who was rushed and unfriendly, think he didn’t like that we brought our own wine. Most of group had steaks, all were excellent. Appetizers excellent also (burrata, calamari, bruschetta), vegetarian had butternut squash and will opt for a different dish next time. Great meal with disinterested service.
Overall good experience
Very good food
