                                                                                                                                      We celebrated our 8th anniversary at Carlo & Johnny, and it was nothing short of extraordinary – all thanks to the impeccable service of Chris N. From the moment we were seated, Chris made us feel like the only couple in the room. His attention to detail, warm personality, and expert recommendations elevated our evening beyond expectations. He took the time to learn what the occasion meant to us and tailored the entire experience with thoughtful touches that made the night feel truly special. The timing of each course was perfect, and his knowledge of the menu helped us choose dishes we’ll be dreaming about for weeks. Chris didn’t just serve us – he hosted us, and made sure our celebration was one we’ll never forget. Carlo & Johnny is always a top-tier dining experience, but with Chris N, it becomes something exceptional. Thank you, Chris, for making our anniversary magical. We’ll be requesting him every time we return!

                                                                                                                                      We celebrated my son’s graduation from UC and had the best experience. Tyler and MeAnn were wonderful and made this special occasion one to remember. From the service to the food we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The steaks were amazing, the side dishes delicious and of course we couldn’t pass dessert. Our service was top notch and we will definitely be back.

                                                                                                                                      The cowboy ribeye is outstanding coupled with the side of mac and cheese and a starter of oysters and Caesar salad made the meal complete. Service was excellent anything we needed they very promptly attended to and it was service with a smile. I think it was a little bit pricey however I would highly recommend it for any special occasion!!
