   A great experience overall. The escargot and tuna carpaccio appetizers were fantastic. We also had a wonderful conversation with the men sitting at the next table. And Carli played piano during the last half of our time there, to a very appreciative crowd. Highly recommend.

   This was our second time and unfortunely like the first, we waited "a bit too long' for service. The noise level was louder too (Saturday night) so unable to hear the music playing. Thankfully, once our server came around, we did enjoy specialty cocktails, Ceviche starter and entrees of savory Risotto, Tuna Tartare and 1/2 rack of Lamb.

   Seatings are uncomfortable for there is not even a half a foot of distance between tables, no way to have a private conversation with my partner, noise was moderate, i loved when they started to play music and enjoyed it but he only played 1 song and left, i dont know why they were keeping the front door open so the air was escaping and i ended up sweating in my seat. Good food and service but watch out for the ambience

   Awful service, don’t go there if you don’t want your evening ruined. Local police confirmed that this restaurant has a very bad reputation. After waiting for 1,5 for our food (everyone who came after us already received their dishes) it came incredibly salty that we couldn’t eat it. Manager apologized and updated the bill, but then the owner came and started harassing us, talking right to my face to the point of us feeling unsafe (both are females), yelling that we have no idea how the food should taste like and it’s perfect the way it was, making us pay the whole bill for the food we didn’t eat. It was supposed to be our last dinner in PR and it was ruined. Had to go elsewhere to get at least some food

   We made a reservation here for date night and got there at the right time and they had given our table away. There was no urgency to try to accommodate us at all. After waiting to see if they would remedy the situation we decided to go elsewhere and actually ended up having an amazing meal at Juana la Loca! The management at Carli’s is also incredibly rude for someone who owns a business that depends on being accommodating and customers liking your restaurant.

    Had a wonderful dinner at Carli’s. We had the spinach salad and the poached grouper and they are both were perfect. The drinks were perfect. Carly is a great host and I was a joy meeting him and the locals we will definitely be back.
