The main dish, pork chop was tough chewy and seemed under cooked. My husband and I couldn’t hardly eat it. We. Iced it up to be polite but it wasn’t a winner. The cheesecake was outstanding though!
The atmosphere was energetic and loungy, and we especially like the multi-era variety of gangster movie music played. The cocktails were fun and delicious. The waiters were helpful and practically knew what we wanted to order before we told them. They always had our glasses filled and checked in with us frequently. Family-style sharing of the entrees was encouraged, and it was nice to try all of them -- including meatballs, caesar salad, veal parmesan, tortellinis, vodka rigatoni. Carrot cake was the best ever. Thanks for a memorable night, Carbone!
Outrageously expensive. Very slow service. We have eaten at this restaurant several times but the quality has declined. Veal Marsala was very fatty. Won’t be back.
Dishes were not as outstanding as they advertise. Chicken Massimo was full of gristle. The fish portion would feed a small child, and the spaghetti puttanesca was overly spicy. The venue is beautiful but our table could not converse because the music was so loud. Overpriced for quality of food.
Fabulous service, ambiance and food! This servers could not have been more attentive or the food more delicious. Ridiculously good bread and complimentary small bites before you even order. Great decor and large round booths. Love this restaurant!
It was our first time. We loved everything about it and will definitely be back!
Phenomenal Service to match the phenomenal food.
The food was amazing but wasn’t happy to be seated in the bar area after making a reservation weeks in advance.
Very pleasant experience! Great service and amazing food
Great food and Dionne was amazing. Really helped us get the most out of our experience.
Fantastic as always. Never disappoints. Service was great
We had amazing service and an outstanding experience. Our servers were extremely knowledgeable on the entrees and steered us the right direction! Highly recommended!
This restaurant was exceptional. I had a wonderful experience.
The restaurant was quiet, service was excellent and the food was wonderful.
From the caesar salad which has a great balanced dressing and memorable croutons, to the spicy vodka rigatoni it was hard to imagine the meal getting better. Then I shared some of juiciest and crispy chicken parmesan (which is a tough combo) dishes in my life along with the seared red snapper over beans and a white wine, butter, and lemon sauce. To say the sauce for the fish was great would be an understatement as I had the waiter remove the bread from the table before I consumed the rest of the basket with what remained when the fish was gone (I consumed 2 pieces of bread before this request). The red wine suggested paired great with the meal and the service is nothing short of spectacular. This is a must for experiencing fine dining in Las Vegas and will not be soon forgotten.
Very nice)))
Came here to celebrate my 32nd birthday it’s by far some of the best Italian food that I’ve had I love the atmosphere and ambience the wait staff is extremely knowledgeable and made a great experience for my birthday
Make a reservation and go here. I've been to 3 other Italian restaurants in the Vegas area all great but this is the best. Our professional waiter suggested all the food we ended up ordering. You have to have the lobster Ravioli. Second choice would be the Spicy Rigatoni. Had a little of both. COVID is making the place a little smaller, so book fast.
We were very disappointed with the food. I think it would be better to have more information regarding the dishes on the menu rather than just the name. Our waiter spent some time explaining/describing the dishes to us, which still was still not fully accurate. The restaurant is fusion of Italian with Asian. Just completely not at all what we were expecting. The rabe was Asian flavored and extremely spicy. None of the dishes meshed well. Besides the bread to start, the food left much to be desired. Even the Caesar salad was too much, the lettuce was drowned in dressing. We hardly ate anything and most of our food went to waste. We thought we were safe by ordering a New York strip steak, but even that had a weird almost marinara sauce over the top was tough and overcooked (ordered medium). I honestly feel the waiter should have asked about our dining experience after he noticed all the food left. When we asked the gentleman to get our waiter so we could have the check, upon arrival he asked if we wanted take home containers, which we declined. It was the biggest waste of $200.00 I've ever spent. As a ICU RN in Las Vegas for a COVID assignment at a local hospital, just looking for a nice Italian dinner, it was a huge mistake. Again if you're expecting an Asian twist on classic Italian dishes, then you might like this restaurant. Otherwise I would suggest looking elsewhere. Again highly disappointed with the dishes.
Great service, amazing food! Perfect place for an intimate, cozy date!
The food is excellent. The service is excellent. It is a bit expensive, but in line with other top Vegas restaurants. You must try the octopus appetizer and the lobster black ink ravioli. Also, an Italian restaurant that serves a killer margarita, who knew.
It was wonderful! DION was amazing best waiter we have had by far
Amazing food, incredible service! We live in Vegas and I’ve worked in the food and beverage business for 20 years. Our server and his workers gave the best service I have ever seen!!
They were closed. Never contacted me to cancel. I booked 3 months in advance so there was plenty of time to get ahold of me if they weren’t going to be open. Very disappointed.
Superb! Service and food.
Our waitress was great
This was our Christmas dinner. This is our favorite Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. The music and the beautiful décor transport you back to Frank Sinatra's time. Our captain Jimmy and his assistant Jason make an awesome team! Jimmy remembered that I like the truffle pasta as a side dish and Jason remembered how I like my martini! Daniella your team is awesome! Can't wait to come back soon!
We asked our server to recommend our entire dinner and enjoyed each item tremendously. We had the prosciutto and parmigiana (enough for 4 people). Then had the lobster stuffed ravioli(perfect to share for 2). Then had the veal parmigiana which he said was out of this world- we agreed. It was awesome. There were four pieces. My wife had one and I had two. This entree can be shared this with 4 people as well if you are doing other courses. So while it looks expensive, if you share each item, the cost wouldn’t be so bad. Only negative is the wine list was all very expensive. We spent more on wine than food, which isn’t hard to do.
We would definitely go back!
Server made great food recommendations. A little over eager on the up sell. Very tasty. Service frantic, ? under staffed?
Thanks for helping us celebrate my wife's birthday. Great food, very decadent. Great service. Background music was slightly loud.
Cesar salad is amazing! A bit pricey but you get lots of snacks to start!
Very good food
It was very good. John and Jason (our servers) went above and beyond! Carbones will definitely be a stop on future visits to Vegas.
Food is okay, the place is nice
Amazing. All of it.
Have been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally got to try it this past Wednesday night. My guest and I arrived and was greeted by an extremely friendly hostess who let us know our table would be ready in a couple minutes. Once our table was ready and we stepped inside the smell of the place let's you know you're about to be eating good. To say todos here is a good would be insultingly. Our meal was insanely good. Caesar Salad, meatballs, rigatoni and veal parmigiana. OMG didn't know good could hit at this level. Kudos to the entire staff for a great night
Service was great, food was excellent, highly recommended. Make sure to order the Carpaccio, the Caesar and the Veal Parmesan, very tasty!
The food was amazing! My friend and I got the vodka pasta and prime rib which was to die for. The only problem was the three different waiters approaching us and asking for our IDs. I guess we looked young and questioned if could legally drink and afford the meal. This was very off putting and a little rude. Although we had that experience, we came for the food and it was one of the best.
Wish I could give them 10 stars!!!
Came here with my date, we have both eaten here before. Ordered the spicy rigatoni, meatballs, and chicken scarpariello. After ordering, a bread basket, salami, and pickled cauliflower came out. There were three different types of bread in the basket, they were all very tasty. The salami had a nice little kick to it, went very well with the pickled cauliflower and onions!
Our spicy rigatoni came out with the meatballs (3 on the plate, with two fried basil leaves) as well as a generous portion of the chicken scarpariello. The meatballs were perfect with the spicy rigatoni. We barely made a dent with the chicken, so we had it packed to go.
My date knew what she wanted for dessert before we even ordered ... the lemon cheesecake. We also ordered a hot tea and cappuccino with it. It was the perfect ending to dinner.
