We love this restaurant. The owner and staff are wonderful.
The food and wine are always excellent.
Great service and Great food with affordable prices.
service was very inattentive. food was not good. calamari was much too heavily breaded, pasta sauce was too thick & starchy. prices have gotten much too high considering the lack of quality.
maybe just an off saturday night, but....
The pasta was excellent in both our dishes. The shrimp in both dishes were a little tough. Such as the restaurant was busy, which it was, and cooked the shrimp a little to quickly. All in all this is a place we will frequent.
Food was very good pasta al dente and tasty sauces. Prices on the medium to higher side house cabernet out of this world. Bread excellent & crusty
Excellent meals, good bread, and good house wine.
Great, First time being there and the food and service was amazing. I plan on coming back again.
We should come here more often than we do but there are so many places to try. We always enjoy coming here! The food is always good as well as the service. We have never left here dissatisfied. Very friendly and enjoyable. This is a great neighborhood restaurant!
It was a wonderful meal. Initial drink service was slow. We were greeted and seated quickly but server didn't come to table for awhile. After that though service was good and food was the normal consistent deliciousness!
All 8 of us enjoyed the food. We have dined at this restaurant several times before and found the service to be prompt but was a little slow this visit.
When the waiter was taking my order I asked if the potatoes could be substituted for a vegetable, and he said yes. When the bill came I noticed that there was a $3.00 charge for the substitution. I brought this fact to the attention of the waiter who just shrugged. I also mentioned this to the owner as I left, telling him that his waiters should tell the customer there will be a charge for a vegetable substitution. The owner seemed shocked when I told him of the extra charge and said he would adjust it next time. Sure he will! How will he remember me?
Classic go to neighborhood Italian restaurant. Veal and pasta always on point and
the caprese salad is freshest mozzarella in town. Had the black ravioli special
and date had filet
A good neighborhood place for Italian. not worth a drive from elsewhere. We didn't care for the dressing on the Caesar salad, it was taken away, and removed from the bill. The seafood pasta, and cioppino both kinda tasted exactly the same. Portions were good, amount of seafood within was good, as were the drinks. Just not worth going out of your way
Fantastic food! Great service- tentive but not overbearing. The ambiance is quie and charming!
Carbonara Trattoria is always an enjoyable experience. The food is fantastic and the service is very professional.
This is our go-to restaurant when craving Italian.
Reservations are preferred and if you want to sit in one of their half booths it is best to request that at time of reservations.
The restaurant was truly authentic. It reminded me of my trip to Rome, Italy. It had character and the wine and food was delicious.
The food was wonderful, the service was great, and the location is central for groups of people who live all over the metro area. Will definitely dine here againl.
Fantastic experience- we were there for a birthday dinner. We were treated like royalty!
Excellent choice!!! This was my first time at Carbonara Trattoria and I am so happy I went. Everything was perfect!! Food, ambiance, service. All was great and super fresh! I would highly recommend to anyone!
Salads were great and pasta was terrific. Also, Sunday night half price was an added attraction.
Food remains Excellent.. parking free and close by. Sorry to see they have eliminated Special Sunday $10 pasta meals. Still special for wine
