                                                                                did not meet our expectations, the lobster bisque was bland with no lobster of any sort, calamari was bland, lamb chops were bland, linguine was good, shrimp salad was okay, salmon was okay, service was okay, you just need to remind them to fill the water glasses, the restaurant was too cold, colder than outside temperature so we were all freezing while trying to eat. Overall it wasn’t worth coming here, not coming back.

                                                                                The food could have been better. Overall it is a good value if you take advantage of the alcohol offered. Shrimp was just ok. Omelette stations are always enjoyable so it’s worth it for them and the ambiance.

Since we didn't make reservations, we weren't sure if it would be a long wait or even if we could get in, being it was a Saturday night. They were able to seat us right away , and we didn't have to wait long at all before the waiter asked us if we would like a drink.

                                                                                The quality of the entire experience was outstanding. When we arrived the restaurant was almost at capacity as we were escorted to our table you couldn't help but notice the smiles on the guests and staff. As part of LI restaurant week they had a special menu which was excellent and provided some of the best items on their menu. The broiled seafood platter and braised short ribs with scallops were outstanding. The service and and attention to detail made the evening a great experience, we have never been disappointed and and look forward to spending time with them again Thank you!!!!

                                                                                We've never had a bad meal at Capt. Bill's. It was restaurant week and there wasn't an empty table in the restaurant. We made a reservation. We were two couples and had a combination of seafood, pasta and steak around the table. Everyone enjoyed their meal and appetizers ranging from shrimp cocktail to calamari. The service was great, very attentive and the orders were correct. Very notable considering the number of patrons that evening.

Special thanks to Our Server, Nick, who was attentive, pleasant and got everything we needed. The Tuscan White Bean Soup and Calamari were favorites.

                                                                                Terrible :( Disappointed in the atmosphere, FOOD was BAD. Soda was flat. Will not be back. Had the lobster and shrimp with linguine, the lobster was like rubber. Also had the swordfish with risotto, the swordfish was so dry. Heard so many great things about this place and none are true!

                                                                                Delicious lunch great atmosphere it’s one of our favorite places. Fish was outstanding as usual. I had grilled swordfish in lemon capers artichoke sauce husband had broiled seafood platter amazing.

                                                                                Very inexpensive delicious brunch!! I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty everything was from the caesar salad to the plethora of desserts. I will definitely be back!!

                                                                                Some of the friendliest staff I've ever met. We went for Sunday Brunch and were pleasantly surprised at the massive selection. I like that the tables were spaced far enough apart instead of cramming as many people as possible into the room.

                                                                                Usually the quality of food is outstanding Cap Bill is our favorite place to dine.
