Thierry y Patricia Moity son los antiguos dueños del Palou Bistro de Charlotte, NC y del Cafe de Bruxelles de Nueva York. We have been here many times. We usually bring our friends from out of town to enjoy..Absolutely love Caprice Bistro. Highly recommend it.

We had a delicious meal...2 lovely cocktails, the special tomato salad, the duck confit (so yummy!), and delicious trout. We ended the meal with coffee and splitting the macaroons topped w chocolate mousse and whipped cream! So many macaroons we couldn't finish. Everything was delicious, and our server was attentive and good. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I've always had good food and good experience at Caprice Bistro. Last night, May 30th must have been an off night. My wife and I went for the waiter recommended specials. I had the ribeye special and my wife had the flounder special. On the positive side, my wife's flounder was excellent. On the negative side, my ribeye was pretty bad. First, I ordered it medium and it was charred black. What's worse was it was a lesser quality cut of ribeye. I've honestly had a better ribeye at Texas Roadhouse. The next disappointment was when ordering coffee and dessert. The coffee came first and it was cold and weak. They replaced the coffee with moderately warmer coffee but, not timely enough to enjoy with our creme brulee. We'll probably go back based on the other good meals we had there but, it may be awhile.

The food as always was excellent. Restaurant was understaffed. Our waiter should get a big raise as he was waiting on tables upstairs and down, seating folks and bussing tables. We arrived at 6PM and could see immediately that staff was struggling. As we were finishing and the restaurant filled at 7PM service had virtually evaporated for us. We decided to skip dessert after being ignored for 20 minutes and the only way we were able to even get our check was by waiving down the hostess. We’ll be back as we love it here but another performance like last night and it may be our last visit.

Fantastic meal, the food not only looked beautiful but tasted superb. Everyone in our party enjoyed the evening and it's become a regular for our group. Never disappointing.

This was my first time eating at caprice bistro and it did not disappoint. The food was delish and authentic! Atmosphere very European and quaint!

First, we arrived early and they seated us immediately at the table reserved for us. I know it was out table because it had a card on it wishing us a happy anniversary. What a nice, personal touch! The food, as always, was excellent as was the service. Synjin (spelling is likely incorrect) was an excellent server. He neither hovered nor neglected and was very helpful in deciding what we wanted. We don't get there often but make a point of dining there when we go to Wilmington. Highly recommend!
