Host and Server were amazing. Food was pretty good. Ambiance was great and it was nice and quiet. I really enjoyed the dessert and alcoholic beverage especially. 4/5 stars. I recommend.
The food was not up to par. My husbands steak was hard, he never leaves food on his plate, but he couldn’t even finish it. The server was never anywhere to be found. We ordered the pecan pie and vanilla ice cream for dessert, the pecan pie was a frozen pecan pie that was in a foil dish, served cold. The ice cream had freezer burn. For the price, the food should’ve been a whole lot better. We won’t be back.
Very nice evening. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. My food was good though I’d prefer it were hotter. I will definitely be back though.
My suggestion if it could be considered is to have the lights to be a tad dimmer...just for an added plus to the ambiance.
Friendly fast service. Wonderful ambiance. Duck march was a bonus!
Celebrated me and my wife 33rd anniversary : the restaurant was a perfect place to have dinner on our anniversary night , because we were staying at the Peabody Hotel for the weekend so we didn’t even have to leave the hotel to find a nice place to eat . The service at the Capriccio was excellent and food was awesome glad we chose to eat there .
Due to covid the menu has changed drastically not worth the price at this time
Service was sub par and Food was not at the level we have experienced in the past. We ordered a charcuterie board and it had rolled up lunch meat.
I liked the environment, the food was good, we liked the server but he could have used a little help as our group was 10 people.
My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary at Capriccio Grill at the Peabody a place that is sentimental to us, as my hubby proposed to me a the Peabody Hotel. I made a special request (something sentimental) with my reservation and they honored it exactly and it was amazing; my husband was completely surprised and considering I barely get reactions from him...his reaction was priceless and my appreciation was beyond grateful! The service, the food, the ambiance, the surroundings were all amazing (plus a bonus - dessert on the house)! Fingers crossed...we will definitely be back for our 11th Year Anniversary! Thank You So Much Capriccio Grill Peabody Hotel for making where my Hubby and I began our journey just as special 10 years later!
P.S. Every anniversary we either patron the Peabody (hotel, main lobby, rooftop, and/or restaurants) or by each other an anniversary gift from one of the gifts shops in the Peabody (Lucky Duck).:)
Food was good. Got their club sandwich and my wife the spaghetti.
We were especially happy with both the food and the service. Perfect in every way.
The restaurant was WAY understaffed, so we waited an hour for our entrees. The waiter was very nice and knowledgeable, but had way too much to do. Not his fault. Management’s fault.
Food was delicious but some confusion on orders. Lighting way to bright and felt not cozy or upscale.
I enjoyed it
Simply not worth a visit
The waiter we had was absolutely wonderful, he helped us through the menu as far what we wanted and had a taste for. But the food we received was not seasoned, I had to continuously add salt and pepper to my dish which did not help and the only thing I ate that was satisfying was a Caesar salad and how can a Caesar salad be messed up. We did not get refills on our water so we were parched towards the end. My husband asked for medium burger and got well done. The taste of the lobster bisque was over bearing. Overall I would not go back , just maybe to a different restaurant.
Great service and team!!! Will be back!
Nice restaurant, quiet and relaxed. Limited menu due to COVID, but the club sandwich and spaghetti bolognese were very good.
Took 45 minutes to get food, waiter didn't check on us for 35 minutes. Waiter didn't acknowledge the long wait.
I asked for a drink menu; none was provided, and I was told they didn’t have any available. I asked for two glasses of rose. The server said, ‘why not just get a bottle, it’s a better deal.’ So, I asked what the bottle price of the rose would be. The server claimed he couldn’t remember. Husband said, just go ahead and get the bottle. Feeling pressured, I did. Turns out the bottle was $47 for a cheap rose. I felt taken advantage of. I have never been told before at any restaurant that I could not get a drink menu. Won’t be back.
Food was great! Deli platter was good but not worth $14. It was a very basic assortment. Shrimp & Grits was amazing! Environment feels a bit like an Ocharleys. Was hoping for a more romantic ambiance but felt more casual than expected.
Food and service was great. My granddaughter was excited to see the ducks.
The staff was fantastic!! Everyone was so kind! The food was delicious.
Was pretty disappointed. Expected more from the Peabody.
Niece’s birthday brought us to the Peabody. Lovely meal and ambiance.
Outstanding variety of food. Everything we tried was delicious. Service was low key and very gracious. What you'd expect from the Peabody. No noise, no lines--could browse food offerings at leisure. Would love to return.
We enjoyed the brunch very much. Our waitress am was wonderful. Will do it again for sure.
While our meal was very good, be sure to ask the prices of the nightly “special” before ordering it. The special was about the most expensive thing on the menu. Stupid me didn’t ask before ordering. And the waiter didn’t say how much it costs either.
Dinner before a show at The Orpheum. Food was delicious and service was wonderful!
Rose was our waitress! Very sweet and attentive! French press coffee is the best!!
It was our anniversary
It was delightful, but I have not received my points
Our monthly girls brunch was a spectacular occasion!! Food and service were superb!!!
Food was excellent in taste and presentation. Our waitress was aswesome and the ambience was nice.
The food here is always great. It's a hotel restaurant so not usually too busy. Highly recommended!
Great food. Friendly staff. Overall nice experience.
Joan was a wonderful and attentive server. The food was delicious!
My fiance and I are long distance right now due to the military and he lives almost 8hrs from Memphis and myself 3 hrs. We drove there to celebrate Valentine's Day and just spend time since it has been months for us due to work. We made reservations here because it had some great ratings and the food looked amazing. When we arrived to our dinner reservations, we were sat at a tiny table which was adorable but my fiance is 6'4. We asked to be moved a booth which they obliged. Then we get the menu and its limited due to Valentine's day and nothing on the menu is anything we would eat. We were unaware of the limitations and thought since it was actually the day after that we would have the full menu. The waitress was not very apologetic and basically shrugged it off as if "too bad". The website did not mention this either. We left and had to find some place else to eat which by now was after 8pm. I am very disappointed that this was not advertised and that we were given limitations.
Meal was definitely prepared way ahead of dinner service and for the money I spent on it it was subpar at best.
Very disappointed. Maybe my wife and I picked the wrong night, it was the day after Valentines. The menu was very limited 3 items to pick from and had no sides, no potatoes, green beans, nothing, just a salad and main dish. Asked for a cup of soup and was told I had to pick the Valentine's special to get It. Something about food portions. Didn't understand why, I just moved on. So for $130ish bucks plus tip I got a salad and a 5 to 6 oz dry salmon and wife got a filet and salad, which she said was very good. Total wasted night out, not a good value as far dinner goes. Hey the ice cream sundie was awesome. On Google I had reviewed also and was contacted by management to come back, but don't think I will.
