   Not up to par. I got 3 salty scallops and raw cauliflower that was supposed to be roasted, plus a bug on the table. When I told the manager, he had the audacity to tell me they bombed the place the night before! And the waitress was not very accommodating when I explained my concerns about the meal. Would not recommend. Very overrated.

   Filet was tender and flavorful. Good salad and mushroom side. Baked potato was barely warm. Service was inattentive and slow. Request for fresh pepper never came. One diner not served until others almost finished. Dessert menu delivered but waiter took 15 minutes to return so we gave up. Staffs either overworked or under trained.

   Waitress was not friendly and seemed put out. I always order the vegan pasta dish they changed the pasta to gluten free it was awful and inedible. So very sad this dish is always amazing.

   Our 1st visit to Capriccio Grill. We enjoyed the food and experience so much we will definitely be back for another special occasion.

   Only thing they did right was the steak. Pizza was cold, French onion soup was cold, crab cake tasted old and cold. It was mother’s day and thank god my wife got a steak. Her meal was the only thing that was edible.

    Overpriced, underwhelming, and surrounded by much better options. I spend about two weeks in Memphis every year (for the past 10) and this was my first time to the Capriccio. Maybe it was better before COVID, but there wasn’t anything about the evening that incentivized me to go back or try something else. Try Flight, Capital Grille, McEwen’s, Itta Bena, or a handful of other places instead. I wish I had walked out after the long wait before I saw anyone after I was seated. Very disappointed.
