Capitol Cellars opened in Boise, Idaho on March 4, 2015. Melinda and Skip Smyser, along with daughter, Logan Smyser-Griffin created a restaurant that focuses on serving high-quality, local cuisine and offering a world-class wine list in Boise’s subterranean Belgravia cellar location. Capitol Cellars was selected the Best New Restaurant, in 2015 by the Idaho Statesman, nominated for the Small Business of the Year, Award in 2018 by the Boise Chamber, and has been awarded the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Capitol Cellars offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Capitol Cellars now offers patio dining and serves Boise’s best business breakfast, lunch and an elegant-upscale dinner menu that changes with the seasons bounty.

Private party facilities
The "Caucus Room," is a private dining room surrounded by the restaurants wine cellar and will accommodate up to 20 people in a warm, private setting. There is no charge for the room, but we do require an 12 person minimum. For parties of 12 or more, we require a pre-fixed menu.
