Great meal and service!
It was nice..sitting on the porch..
As usual we had an excellent meal at Capital Grille. We have never been disappointed in the food or the service. We have dined here many times for various birthdays, anniversaries, and just a date night. Capital Grille is our place to go!
Wonderful dinner tonight. Excellent service as well.
Jason was our waiter and he was wonderful. Knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations! Food was excellent as well as the wine. We will definitely be back and be sure to ask for Jason.
When I made the reservation for 2-17 I told them it was a belated valentine dinner. They had a red candle and little foil hearts all over the table. Staff was amazing . Will definitely go back
The service seemed so so no real interest in us as customers
Great food great service ! Worth every penny! Greg was our waiter and he was the best! Will be back very soon!
Excellent food, Samantha our server did an outstanding job! Extremely courteous and very genuine. She is the main reason we would go back.
Was very disappointed in the server's knowledge of the menu. Lack of knowledge ruined the whole meal as it was contaminated with onion. The server was extremely loud and inexperienced. Food was delayed and took way too long for medium rare steaks. Not an enjoyable night---definality not worth the bill.
Steak was dry, even after asking for a medium rare grade on a bone-in ribeye. The special w/ crab atop of the sliced filet had the same problem, perhaps they were baked too long.
The atmosphere, wine and dessert were great. Unfortunately our dinners were mediocre. The lobster and shrimp on the cold shell platter were rubbery and flavorless. The filet Oscar was undercooked and very tough. I have had good meals in past but when you’re paying almost $300 for a couple, I expect more!
Valentine Day dinner. Food excellent and service by Joe as usual very good!
We consider Capital Grill the best restaurant in Cincinnati. We went for Valentines Day Lunch. I started with their out of this world Lobster Bisque, my favorite. The lobster chunks are heavenly. Tender, sweet, and juicy. My husband had Porcini Mushrooms Bisque. Delicious and fragrant. My main course was sushi grade sesame seed seared tuna on rice with trio of dipping sauces (soy, ginger, and wasabi). The tuna was perfectly seared, and meat was sweet. It was a generous serving that I share a little piece with my husband. My husband ordered the seared citrus glazed salmon with marcona almonds and brown butter. We finished the meal with a cheese brûlée with berrie. It was light and delicious. Our server Rosemary was wonderful. She made sure my hot tea was refresh throughout the meal. We will definitely treat our friends and out of town visitors to sample this wonderful restaurant. Oh, because it was Valentines Day, I received a long stem red rose. They really know how to make their customers feel special.
