Our Michelin Star-rated 17th-floor rooftop steakhouse at Four Seasons Resort Orlando boasts the best of Spanish-influenced cuisine in a romantic setting like no other. Capa’s diverse offerings range from fresh Florida seafood to incredible small plates and expertly grilled cuts. Capa was named to the Wine Enthusiast magazine list of Best 100 Wine Restaurants in the U.S in 2016.     Walking into a Michelin-starred establishment, expectations naturally soar. Unfortunately, this particular evening served as a stark reminder that even the most prestigious accolades cannot guarantee a flawless experience. The troubles began before we even reached our table. The elevator was not working, forcing guests to find someone from the hotel personnel to help - hardly the seamless experience one anticipates when paying premium prices. While staff apologized for the inconvenience, it set an unfortunate tone for the evening ahead. The steak, ostensibly the restaurant’s signature dish, arrived at our table with proper presentation but failed where it mattered most. Despite what appeared to be skilled preparation, the meat was disappointingly cold by the time it reached us. For a $135 dish temperature control should be non-negotiable. Perhaps most puzzling was the children’s menu offering. What arrived looked more suited to a theme park buffet than a Michelin-starred kitchen. The plating lacked finesse, and the overall execution felt like an afterthought—as if the culinary team simply couldn’t be bothered to maintain their standards for younger diners. The black cod proved equally problematic. This fish, when prepared correctly, should showcase delicate flavors and pristine freshness. Instead, we were served what appeared to be lower-grade fish that hadn’t been cooked properly. The texture was off, and the overall quality raised questions about sourcing and preparation standards. Dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant shouldn’t require making excuses for basic service failures or subpar food quality. While the restaurant’s reputation may have earned it prestigious recognition in the past, our experience suggests that current standards have slipped considerably. At these price points, excellence should be the baseline, not the exception

    Unfortunately the 2 paellas were overcooked (burned on the pan) for sure something went wrong since this is not the quality we use to see at Capa

    Absolutely amazing experience! Our server Kayla was so knowledgeable and helpful, she made our evening so enjoyable! From the initial greeting at valet to an unforgettable presentation of food and drinks, Capa goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is one you will never forget. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Yahaira was amazing! She was our waitress and she took great care of us. Everyone at Capa were so nice and were smiling. We celebrated our anniversary and everyone wished us a happy anniversary and thanked us for celebrating with them. We started with some tapas, we loved the pan con tomate con manchego. The steak was amazing. The desserts were incredible! We had the churros and the coulant con dulce de leche. We will go back just to have the desserts again! The whole experience was amazing, the entire staff was so welcoming and made the night so special for us. Yahaira came over and let us know when the fireworks were about to begin so we could go out and watch while we waited for the food. They kept our drinks full and checked on us plenty throughout the night.

    Amazing food dishes and even better service. Kayla was absolutely amazing server and a gem!! I think they should encourage a better dress code. Don’t need guests from the hotel coming through the restaurant in bath robes. Collar shirts should be required and no ball caps!

    Hands down one of my favorite restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Located on the top floor in beautiful Four Seasons Resort with a relaxing seating area and the kind hostess took family pictures for us. We enjoyed all the food from cerdo, Habas Gigantes, Pulpo (our picky son even wanted more octopus), Paella De Mariscos which my wife loves and enjoyed so much that she wants learn how to make it! My son’s porterhouse was cooked to perfection with amazing house steak sauce, Kevin and the kitchen staff was able to substitute the cod side for mac and cheese which made my daughter extremely happy. I had the MIYAZAKI WAGYU BEEF A5 flight and Capa has restored my faith in enjoying wagyu steaks. From the flight, I personally enjoy the Australian wagyu steak over American’s more meatier texture and Japan’s was still too rich/fatty for me. Great brocolini sides and incredible mashed potatoes! Churros were fresh and warm, the coconut and banana ice cream was a wonderful pairing. My daughter loved and hogged the remaining desserts. Loved the smooth and spacious space. The calm and talented open kitchen to show case their craft. Finished the evening with Disney’s fireworks show. Thank you Capa and your talented team. Big shout out to Kevin for making our anniversary and my wife’s birthday very special, a night we shall never forget. We will visit more often on our next stay!

    Visited Capa during my stay at the Four Seasons Orlando, coming from New York, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was exceptional—everything you'd expect and more, exceeding my expectations in surprising and delightful ways. The atmosphere was inviting and sophisticated, complemented by the attentive and friendly staff who made the evening memorable. Highly recommend a visit if you're traveling to Orlando!
