Our Michelin Star-rated 17th-floor rooftop steakhouse at Four Seasons Resort Orlando boasts the best of Spanish-influenced cuisine in a romantic setting like no other. Capa’s diverse offerings range from fresh Florida seafood to incredible small plates and expertly grilled cuts. Capa was named to the Wine Enthusiast magazine list of Best 100 Wine Restaurants in the U.S in 2016. Miyazaki Wagyu Beef

Miyazaki Wagyu Beef Is 100% purebred Japanese Wagyu from the Miyachiku co-op which is located in the Miyazaki Prefecture of Japan. The breed of cow that is used is Karogue Washu. Miyazaki beef must have a Meat Quality Score of A-4 or A-5 (the top grades). All of our cuts have the highest score of A-5! The fat in Wagyu beef has a lower melting point than any other beef. If cooked for too long at too high a heat, it simply melts away. The sensation of the meat melting in your mouth is what makes Wagyu beef such an extraordinary culinary experience

Kayla our waitress made the evening. Loved the whole experience. We didn’t think the shrimp or steak was 5 star but the oysters , tomato salad, potatoes and dessert were ! Would definitely return when at Disney.

I was initially concerned with the cafeteria like atmosphere and poorly dressed patrons( gym shorts and t-shirts really). However, after settling in, I had a great meal, great service and got to see two fireworks shows/spectacular sunset. Many small plates, great steak, lamb and cocktails Exceptional service

Took my Mom for her 70th Birthday and they went above and beyond to make it an amazing night!! Drinks and Food were amazing as usual!!!

What an amazing experience! From the moment you arrive at the resort, to the people that welcome you out of the elevator, to the server for the evening. Service is absolutely world class and food to match. Grab drinks before dinner and watch the sun go down on the patio, then head inside for an amazing culinary experience. Great to watch the fireworks at 9 pm overseeing both Epcot and Magic Kingdom-totally magical!

Had high expectations for this Michelin Star restaurant and left underwhelmed. The highlights of the night were the warm and friendly hostess and the delicious and unusual Mojito served “ up”. Ordered the Pan Con Tomato- it was ok… nothing special. I had the Paella Mariscos- which should be outstanding at this Spanish restaurant, but wasn’t. It was flavorless and burnt to a crisp, and nearly inedible. The seafood was obviously cooked separately and laid on top and cohesive to the dish. I only had a few bites. Husband had the filet. It was good but under seasoned. Had the Potatoes Bravas, which they tout, served lukewarm. Strange. Not flavorful either. Barely ate them. Ended with the churros. Was astounded - over cooked on outside and undercooked on the inside. The dolce de leche and chocolate sauces were not right either- not scrumptious. Just off. We didn’t even finish the churros…yikes. Disappointed. Service was pleasant.

Excellent and very enjoyable dining experience If is tough to be creative yet try to keep the authenticity of a Spanish dishes…. Accomplished the task but did not add any WoW factor for the dishes we tried. Very good to excellent, but none exceptional. …… with one exception; the iberico Puluma (pork) steak which exceeded our expectations. The porterhouse was excellent, prepared with perfection, yet not exceptional….. I had Way (way) better in quality, seasoning, and spot on temperature. Drinks: I brought my wine from my own cellar. Corkage fee $35 per bottle. We had the dessert wines from the list, they were amazing and fairly priced. We tried Ramos-Pinto 30 years tawny (RP 30) and Ch. D’Yquem 2010 Sauternes. The service as every one mentioned in previous reviews are the one most probably gave this restaurant a one Michelin star as I do not know food wise, why this is a Michelin star awardee. I have been in more than five 3-Michelin stars, several 2 and many 1-star. Capa is nice enough for an award and for lack of competition in the area, possibly could have met the criteria for the designation. Being in the Four Seasons should not and I am sure it was not a factor for the award. Just to be honest for every one, I dined at Capa solely for its Michelin designation. If this is your only reason too, you will be disappointed, but if you are looking for excellent food, especially steak with top notch service, then you will be very happy. Prices are not unreasonable.

Our server was amazing. I think his name was Michael from PA. The steak was delicious. Dessert were the best. We even got to see fireworks from Epcot and MK. We’ll definitely be back.
