Our Michelin Star-rated 17th-floor rooftop steakhouse at Four Seasons Resort Orlando boasts the best of Spanish-influenced cuisine in a romantic setting like no other. Capa’s diverse offerings range from fresh Florida seafood to incredible small plates and expertly grilled cuts. Miyazaki Wagyu Beef

Miyazaki Wagyu Beef Is 100% purebred Japanese Wagyu from the Miyachiku co-op which is located in the Miyazaki Prefecture of Japan. The breed of cow that is used is Karogue Washu. Miyazaki beef must have a Meat Quality Score of A-4 or A-5 (the top grades). All of our cuts have the highest score of A-5! The fat in Wagyu beef has a lower melting point than any other beef. If cooked for too long at too high a heat, it simply melts away. The sensation of the meat melting in your mouth is what makes Wagyu beef such an extraordinary culinary experience

This experience was like no other. The waiters are well trained to guide you through the menu items and the components of each dish, as well as allergy accommodations as needed. The food was delicious and came with beautiful presentation.

Excellent all around. Juan was wonderful. All 3 appetizers were delicious ( shrimp, tuna, and octopus). Our main course, the porterhouse was perfectly cooked as well!

Capa made our 2 year wedding anniversary feel very special. They welcomed us at the table with a champagne toast, and sent out a dessert assortment on a board that said “Happy Anniversary” on it. Food was phenomenal, and service was outstanding and impeccable. Our server (Juan? Jose?) sorry forgetting his name I think it had started with ‘J’. We requested food to be coursed out, nice and slow paced, ordered a bottle of wine ahead of time and he made sure to bring it over when we were ready. Truly amazing dining experience.

Food was good but overrated for the price we paid. Service was fine. We expected more of a WOW factor, again for the price we paid and because the restaurant has a Michelin star.

This restaurant blew me away. I didn’t know what to expect, but had 2 dishes that I still remember today (which is saying a lot!). The tuna tartare starter was done in a way I had never seen before, while the Iberia pork had a corn side that was astonishingly the consistency of mashed potatoes and a perfect accompaniment to the pork. Wine choices were also enlightening. Really can’t wait to go back!

Hostess team is a mess. Waitress and bartender were terrific. Food and ambience is middling at best. Nice but didn’t measure up to the hype. Ravello far better meal and atmosphere.
