    We were four for dinner to celebrate our daughter’s anniversary. We had four perfect meals served by a wonderful waitress named Kelsey. Cap City Gahanna never misses. Oh right... the chocolate cake for desert was only... amazing!

    Had reservations for a Sunday casual late lunch and were seated when we arrived. The surprise chef's special was Crab Cakes Eggs Benedict which were incredible. Wish they were a regular option or were on some menu rotation. Service was attentive and well-paced. Cap City Diner Gahanna is one of our favorite spots.

    I’ll start at the front. As we arrived we were well taken care of by Ernie and Hannah (always friendly, reliable). Food was good and well prepared as usual. Value was particularly good with 30% off coupon. Our server Tommy did a fine job. This is a well managed restaurant with great people. And many thanks to whoever decided to bring back the Boston Cream Pie. Outstanding and one of our favorites. Hope to see it on the menu again soon.

    We had given up on this location since pre-COVID, as the food was always cold and service was terrible. We have been going primarily to Grandview. We decided to give Gahanna another chance we the restaurant redeemed itself.

    Just not the quality it used to be. The GF calamari is excellent as always. The GF rolls were very old and very dry - awful and should not have been served. Some food at the table was excellent and other dishes just average. Still not worth the $$.

    I’m never disappointed when we eat here! My husband and I choose it often for our date night! The food is always appetizing and delicious and the wait staff is wonderful.
