Great food and service at the airport location.
The food was good. They have a nice PRIX FIXE 3-course dinner that offers a several salad and multiple entrees. Prices were very reasonable. If you're staying by the Toronto airport, I recommend visiting.
It was unusually quiet for a Saturday evening so service was more attentive than what would be expected. The server was very flexible with making substitutions with our entrees. Food was outstanding. The only strange part is when I chose a specific time slot through Open Table I was only able to book 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after the time I wanted. When we got there the restaurant was half empty. Again, it was highly unusual for a Saturday evening, but what gives with Open Table reservations?
Salmon came with very, very hard vegetables and when I mentioned this to our server, she said she would let the chef know and bring me more. They also were very, very hard...hardly cooked!
The server did not ask if we wanted more bread! She did not remove the bread board when it was empty. She did not ask if we wanted a refill of water or our drinks!!
The service was amazing reservation perfect hosts perfect food was worst food i have ever had .We wanted to try the new summer menu but instead had worst pasta ever it was cold clumps of canned pasta with a few mussels and shrimp OVERCOOKED for 24 dollars .
Enjoyed another lunchtime meal here! Quiet ambience allowing for friends to chat and catch up!
Uneven service. Servers and kitchen staff are very slooowww. Chicken Caesar salad was good, steak was fatty, and a new garlic shrimp ravioli dish was barely warm, and tasted as though it had been frozen. It was definitely not fresh. To top it off our server “forgot” to take our coupon off the bill and we had to wait about 20 minutes to get the correct bill. I don’t recommend dining here. Overpriced for mediocre service and very average food.
Our server, Brett, was knowledgeable, friendly, accurate in our order.
It was a convenient meeting spot and the parking is good. But the waiter seemed overworked. Didn’t get order right and took forever with drinks and the bills (included Caesar salad that never came and had to be taken off bill). I would go back again because of the conveniece and parking and the food was fine. Nothing special. But nothing wrong with it. I guess overall the restaurant felt tired. I’ve been to other Canyon Creeks that I like much better.
As always good food, service and setting . Where we were seated was more of an open air concept at the airport location so we were a bit disappointed as we love the dark, cozy ambience of other locations. Service is always very good though this time a few small things were missed ( forgot to bring straws etc) Overall a good night out as always
While it did get a little loud at time for business discussion, the food, service and ambiance was great. Convenient to get to, with ample parking
My friend's prime rib was 1/3 fat, and not edible.
We called over the manager and showed it to him, asking if he would eat it if it were his? He agreed that it was gross. Replaced with a new slice; however, by then the timing was off as her meal was later than mine.
The horrible slice of meat should have been noticed before giving it to the guest.
The prices are too high for that kind of situation.
We spent just over $90 for two on this meal, one glass of wine each.
The staff was amazing our server in particular !
Decor could use a makeover
Gotta say...still good but not as good as it used to be. Prime Rib sliders are delish but they've gotten smaller. Hubby and I used to be regular Wednesday Nighters with their $5 Shares and Pours....hoping they'll bring that back because it was a great value.
Excellent place. The food was great , lighting and acoustic is too. Great place for a meeting or just chilling.
Excellent food. Menu has much to any choose from. Great service.
Met some clients for a business lunch. Food quality, service, atmosphere were all excellent.
There were eight of us celebrating a birthday on May 19th and we couldn't have asked for anything better!!!
Everything was fantastic from the time we arrived until the time we left!!!
Great new dishes, nice place for a business dinner.
I am a huge Canyon Creek fan and went many times to the one across from Sherway Gardens. It has since closed down and has been replaced by Scaddabush, so made reservations at the airport location.
I haven't been this disappointed in an evening out in a very long time. The steak was poor quality and not cooked as ordered. There was NOTHING on the table - no salt, pepper, candle, flowers etc. We had to ask for everything we needed.
I will never return to that location. I am wondering if they are "letting it slide" because it too may soon be replaced. Maybe Canyon Creek is a dying brand?
Extremely disappointed as I took a friend for his birthday and the bill was just under $140.00 for 2 with just one glass of wine each.
Our waitress was Sheena. She was extremely prompt and courteous. She introduced herself right away.
The food was delivered quickly and correctly. It was hot and yummy.
Overall it was a very pleasant and relaxed evening!
The server was excellent, but prices too high. Lower prices means we frequent more.
I was overall disappointed. The food was regular and nothing special.
Slightly pricey for what you get, but decent quality and a relaxed atmosphere. Very convenient for business dinners in the airport area.
Celebrated my graduation with friends. Amazing food and amazing service.
Really enjoyed our evening - the booth was perfect for conversation where we did not have to yell to be heard. The waiter was very patient and was okay with us staying for two hours plus.
Very good happy hour special Tuesday and Wednesday. Wine is half decent quality for 5 bucks and appy combo platter is really good
Great food and service
Classy atmosphere, excellent service, delicious variety and reasonably priced food. Will be a regular customer when going for food after picking up people from the airport.
Everything was ok
Outstanding service from our server. Extremely courteous and informative
Great food and wine. Service was amazing as always. Love this place !
No bread. No water. No service for the first 20mins. $40 dinner was good value but taste was just ok.
First our waiter was Chris. He MUST have been looking after another section as well - there was NOBODY in our section, but I definitely heard voices. He was never missing when we wanted or needed him.
The food I ordered was obviously from the promotional menu. It was well prepared and warm, but it lacked that “something special”. It lacked flavour and seasoning and it was obviously a lesser quality cut.
The pecan tart is my favourite menu addition EVERY year! YUM
I may just have been overly sensitive, but the waiter mentioned that it’s his mother’s favourite too. His MOTHER!?!?!? Do I remind him of his mother?!?!?!? I’m not that much older than him!!!
Overall the service was adequate, but I have DEFINITELY had better experiences!
Sons birthday. Great lunch and service !
Always amazing experience st that location. The staff are great
I really enjoyed the meal at Canyon Creek. I am a vegetarian so I often find it difficult to find things to eat, especially at a steakhouse. But the $40 Prix Fixe menu had options that I could eat and reasonably priced. The food was perfectly cooked and I will definitely come back again.
Music is too loud for a business lunch. They turned it down at our request which was good.
although essentially a steak house, there are an excellent range of alternate food options--like Peruvian chicken bowl, various chicken and seafood dishes
