Canoe Restaurant and Bar
First time in canoë restaurant. I really appreciate the food and the view i
The Cn tower.
Beautiful moment and great place and services.
Our server Godwin was excellent! Definitely represents all the Canoe values.
Great birthday evening out with good service and great food
Best meal in Toronto! Try the tasting menu! Always amazing!
The tasting menu was excellent! The French onion soup inside of an onion was fantastic! Our server took the time to converse and was there whenever I needed him.
We celebrated my wife’s birthday at the Canoe restaurant, it was a wonderful lunch experience. The ambience was superb and the service was wonderful. Noise level was at minimum and that what we were looking for in a restaurant for special occasions. My wife preferred the lamb shoulder and I did the heritage chicken. We both enjoyed these dishes very much and would love to come again for dinner this time. We highly recommend it.
Lina was outstanding and really made a huge impact on our experience!!
We had an outstanding experience. The food and attention to customer service was excellent. The staff recognized our special occasion. One minor suggestion for improvement would be faster delivery of the tasting menu items - the meal experience was three hours which was a bit long.
Beautiful view, excellent flavors, gorgeous plating. A bit noisy when we arrived at 20:00 but manageable.
Unbelievable. Great service, fantastic food and we were treated so well. Can't wait to come back.
Food was too much salt and fat - very heavy and not as well balanced as what I would expect from a restaurant of this caliber.
Great Dinner and quick service , we where heading to theatre after , staff was very accommodating.
Onion soup was amazing and creative other dishes where great as well.
This was our second time at Canoe. We did the tasting menu plus wine pairings which I strongly recommend. Service was wonderful. And of course you can’t beat the view!
A feast for the eyes and mouth as always...a veritable concert of balanced flavours and tastes.
The service and atmosphere at Canoe were outstanding! Would highly recommend for a special occasion.
I booked a table by the window a week before. When I showed up they stuck me and company in a corner. When I asked them to honour my request the manager said they keep the window seats for regular customers! Was outrageous and was an embarrassment for me in front of my out of town guests! They handled that very badly I have to say!
We went for lunch. View is amazing from the 54th floor. Decor is nice. Noise level was low. I had the braised lamb shoulder. Delicious! Presentation: fantastic! My friends had the Arctic char. Also delicious. Deserts were chocolate forest stout cake and pumpkin cake. I haven’t seen and tasted anything like that. Super!
Lighting and table layout is not great. Food is good but overly priced. Service was good.
The food was absolutely delicious. Beautiful city view and friendly staff made this a great meal.
The view is absolutely beautiful but the taste of the food is nah, even it looks pretty.
Absolutely delicious good, outstanding service and view! We make it a point to go every tome we visit Toronto!
Canoe is just okay. The food is good, but not mind-blowing; the view is great. The tables are pretty jammed together. For a great meal go to Alo.
Amazing and sleek downtown restaurant - a must visit! It couldn't have been more perfect than it was. Delicious food, city yet cozy ambiance. It was a delight.
One of the best fine dining experiences we have ever had in Toronto. Each dish was incredibly delicious and the service was perfect. Would definitely recommend to our friends.
We always sit at the bar and have nice conversations with the bartenders while looking out at the Chattahoochee River one of my favorite Atlanta places
A great experience from host desk through dessert and everything in between.
Good food, if expensive. A great view coupled with great service made for an excellent evening that will be remembered but likely not repeated soon; the pocket book just can't handle it.
Wonderful. Nothing more, nothing less. Thank you.
The burrata was great, bison and lobster superb. Service was number 1++
Never have I been more sure that the Michelin guide is missing out on Canada rather than Canada missing out on the Michelin guide. Easily equal to tasting menus at 2 Michelin star restaurants in New York. If I'm being really nitpicky I'd say that I might have preferred both a fish and a meat course instead of 2 desserts with a semi-savoury/semi-sweet dish to close the meal, and courses 4 and 5 were fairly similar. But! That being said, everything was absolutely delicious. Staff was great- wasn't feeling wine and they were happy to go through the cocktail and beer menu with me to find some pairings that would work (Highly recommend the Dill Pickle with oyster). Wonderful experience.
I would recommend Canoe. Fantastic food. The food is a little pricey but in line with similar types of restaurants in downtown Toronto.
Vista espectacular. Gran servicio y cocina de primera
Very disappointed with noise level and inability to accommodate. Not a great experience talking to gm Paul. Used to be better service. Unable to accommodate hearing impaired guest. Very disappointing.
Everything was great !
It was an expensive but wonderful dining experience. The food was excellent and savoury surprises on each dish. Service was excellent.
Delicious food with interesting combinations that work well together. Lovely view. Good service. Outstanding evening.
Amazing atmosphere! The service was outstanding! Our meals were amazing!
Our dinner selections were a joy to the eyes as well as the tastebuds! The presentation was unique and visually appealing, like the onion soup. Our serers were incredibly aware and able to serve silently unless required. Each time we have been to Canoe we have left very satisfied and felt that the price is worth the experience. We will certainly be back.
I came here to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. It was a smooth and delightful experience from beginning to end. The view was amazing, overlooking the CN Tower and surrounding area. The menu was quite interesting and our server ‘Claude’ recommended the red stag and halibut for us as main and it was delicious. Do pair your plate with some wine and drinks, it definitely completes the taste. Claude was attentive and pleasant. We enjoyed our experience and will definitely come here again.
A loud place for a Wednesday night. The food was great but nothing outstanding. Experience overall was good! You are mostly paying for the view and location.
