We serve Naples style Pizza, we cure our own salami and make all our pasta in house. Our beverage program is as fresh and seasonal as our menu. We arrived at 11:30 before our 1:00 play. We received our food at 12:35 after asking for the manager. The group of ladies next to us who got there at 11:45 never got their order and had to leave for the play. So sad the kitchen was so slow because we always went to Campo before our play on Sunday.

The location by the river is beautiful and conveniently close to the pioneer center. Unfortunately it was about half an hour before someone took our order and another 45 minutes before we received our foot (lukewarm mediocre flatbread pizzas). Suddenly everyone was super attentive while we were trying to eat quickly in order to make the show. Three different people asked how we were doing within a span of about 5 minutes. Since the food was not great and took so long, we ordered dessert from one of them, who assured us it wouldn’t take long. After another 20 min we learned that order was never “put in” and they were out of part of said dessert selection anyway 😂 We received no water refills as the waitress was quite distracted by the bus boy. She was, however, very prompt about the bill and attempted to take it before we received our partial dessert or even had a chance to sign it. The entire experience took nearly two hours (about 15 minutes of which was rather rushed eating) before we rushed to the show

This restaurant is on the Truckee River. It is a lovely venue and the food, service and ambiance are all fantastic! Highly recommend!

Food was nice, and of good quality. But...the service left a lot to be desired. Between dropping off the menu and being able to order: 20 min. Server was at neighboring tables, but he never looked over even once. Probably also because of the delay, there was no "rare" in the two "medium-rare" steaks. We still like Campo, and will come back, but we will avoid this server.
